Zombieland Saga is an original anime production announced by Cygames in collaboration with Avex Pictures and dugout, who are respectively producing the music and sound. The animation is done by studio MAPPA. Crunchyroll is simulcasting the episodes, while Funimation is simuldubbing them. Both the opening and ending theme songs ("Adabana Necromancy" and "Hikari e" respectively) are performed by Franchouchou.

On October 8, 2018, a manga adaptation was launched on Cygames' Cycomi website, which is being drawn by Megumu Soramichi (Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry).

خلاصه داستان (منبع)

تاکاناشی چیوا به‌خاطر پرداخت بدهی هایش به طور نیمه وقت در یک کلوب کار میکند روزی با یکی از مشتریانش درگیر میشود. این مشتری یکی از خوشتیپ ترین و ثروتمندترین های این کلوب بوده. فردای آن روز رئیسش چیوا را صدا میکند. چیوا فکر میکند اخراج میشوداما با یک پیشنهاد غیر منتظره روبرو میشود. آقای مامیا هوکوتو که با او دعوا کرده بود پیشنهاد ازدواج میدهد ولی چیوا قبول نمیکند اما بخاطر مشکلاتش مجبور می کند قبول کند و الان این دو نفر دارند تلاش میکنند که به همه نشان بدهند که یک زوج هستند. حالا چرا هوکوتو چنین پیشنهادی داده؟!

Takanashi Chiwa is an office lady who works part-time at a club because she is in debt. One day, she gets into a quarrel with a wealthy and handsome customer who came to the club and is fired. The next day, a depressed Chiwa is summoned by her boss and finds the rude man from the day before down there. His name is Mamiya Hokuto. Hokuto suddenly proposes a contract marriage with Chiwa.

در پادشاهی گِرَنبِل، یه پارک تفریحی متروکه، شیکی تمام عمرش رو کنار ماشین ها زندگی کرده. ولی یه روز، ربِکا و گربه همراهش هَپی جلوی دروازه‌های پارک ظاهر میشن. این اولین ارتباطیه که گرنبل بعد از صد سال، با انسان‌ها داشته! همینطور که شیکی در راه پیدا کردن دوستان جدیدش تلوتلو می‌خوره، همسایه سابقش برای ایجاد یک شورش-رباتی شروع به حرکت می‌کنه... و وقتی وطن قدیمیِ شیکی خیلی خطرناک میشه، شیکی باید به ربکا و هَپی در سفینه فضاییشون ملحق بشه و به سوی کیهان بیکران فرار کنه.

All his life, Shiki has been surrounded by machines. At Granbell Kingdom, a long-abandoned amusement park, he is the only one of his kind around. That is, until Rebecca Bluegarden and her feline companion Happy arrive, unaware that they are Granbell's first visitors in one hundred years. Their goal is to make fun videos for their B-Cube channel, but what they find instead is a friend in the socially awkward Shiki.

When Granbell becomes too dangerous for the three of them, they set off on an adventure through the Sakura Cosmos. In the distant past, Miguel, the God of Destruction, was sealed inside the knight who ruled over light and darkness, Sturmhurt. Alongside the knight was Gestöber, who accompanied him through countless battles. In the present day, destiny causes them to reincarnate as Kabuto Hanadori and Seri Koyuki, two classmates.

Their reunion should be a joyous moment, if not for the fact that these fantasied heroes are just products of Kabuto's delusions. As the fictional "Gestöber," Seri finds himself in various embarrassing situations due to Kabuto's antics that sometimes grow out of his control. Moreover, his classmate Utsugi Tsukimiya joins the fray with his absurdly accurate mind-reading abilities, slowly destroying Seri's social life.

Seri tries hard to stay away from them, refusing to acknowledge their shenanigans, however with Kabuto's chuunibyou and Utsugi's unpredictability, he is only bound to be swept by the craziness coming his way.
