APPLE CRANBERRY RELISH - WITH BRATWURST SAUSAGES

MAKES 6 SERVINGS.

1 tbs each olive oil and honey

1/2 cup each apple juice and cranberries

1 onion, sliced

1 apple, cored, diced

1/4 cup spicy brown mustard

1 1/2 pounds bratwurst sausages

In a skillet, heat oil. Add onion, cook until softened. Stir in 1/4 cup water, cook until golden. Add apple, apple juice, berries, mustard, and honey, bring to a boil, simmer until liquid has evaporated. Heat a grill. Grill sausages until cooked through. SERVE with relish & ENJOY...
