CANDY CORN CUPCAKES - WITH FROSTING & SPRINKLES
MAKES 24 SERVINGS.
1 bag candy corn
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1/3 cup + 1/4 cup mixed colors of sprinkles
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil
Four 16 oz containers white frosting
Heat oven to 35O degrees. Line 24 muffin cups. Beat cake mix, 1 cup water, eggs, and oil 2 min. Stir in 1/3 cup sprinkles. Bake 2O min. Cool 1O min. Transfer frosting to pastry bag fitted with round tip. Pipe frosting over cupcakes. Sprinkle with remaining sprinkles. Garnish with candy corn. SERVE & ENJOY...
