محققان استرالیایی رکورد جهانی بیشترین سرعت اینترنت را ثبت کردند. آنها ادعا میکنند با چنین سرعتی میتوان هزار فیلم با کیفیت HD را در کمتر از یک ثانیه دانلود کرد.
به گزارش ایتنا از مهر، گروهی از محققان دانشگاههای موناش، سوینبرن وRMIT اینترنتی با سرعت ۴۴.۲ ترابیت بر ثانیه را ثبت کردهاند. تاکنون فقط در محیط های آزمایشگاهی چنین سرعت اینترنتی ثبت شده بوده است.
این در حالی است که متوسط سرعت پهنای باند در استرالیا حدود ۱۱ مگابیت برثانیه است.
بیل کوروکان یکی از مولفان ارشد این پژوهش می گوید: یافته های ما نشان می دهد زیر بنای فعلی اینترنت را می توان ارتقا داد تا با تقاضای روزافزون اینترنت برای مصارف مختلف از تماشای تلویزیونهای اینترنتی گرفته تا خودروهای خودران از آن استفاده کرد.
در این پژوهش محققان از دستگاهی جدید به نام «میکرو شانه»(micro-comb)استفاده کردند که جایگزین ۸۰ لیزر در سخت افزار مخابراتی فعلی شد. این دستگاه کوچکتر و سبکتر از سختافزار مخابراتی فعلی است.
این قطعه در اصل یک منبع لیزری و مانند رنگین کمان متشکل از صدها لیزر مادون قرمز با کیفیت است. هر لیزر فرکانس مشخصی از نور را منتشر می کند و می توان آن را به عنوان یک کانال مخابراتی جداگانه استفاده کرد.
این دستگاه در شبکه فیبر نوری استرالیا کارآمد است.
این فناوری میتواند از پهنای باند اینترنت برای ۱.۸ میلیون خانوار در ملبورن و میلیاردها خانوار در سراسر جهان در اوقات پیک مصرف پشتیبانی کند.
به گفته کوروکان میتوان این فناوری را در زیربنای فعلی اینترنت نصب کرد و به این ترتیب نیاز به ساخت زیربنای تازه نیست.

پلی استیشن 5 در سال 2020 عرضه خواهد شد
ویروس کرونا بسیاری از برنامهریزیها را به هم ریخته است اما به نظر میرسد که زمانبندی عرضه پلی استیشن 5 هنوز تغییر نکرده و سونی قصد دارد که این کنسول را در فصل تعطیلات 2020 عرضه کند.
به گزارش ایتنا و به نقل از cnet، سونی در این رابطه اعلام کرده است که مشکلات ناشی از شیوع ویروس کرونا برای مدت کوتاهی روی تأمینکنندگان قطعات پلی استیشن 4 تأثیر گذاشته اما خاطرنشان کرد که فروش کلی این کنسول تا پایان مارس 2020 به 110 میلیون دستگاه رسید.
بااینحال این اعلان جدید سونی از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است چراکه بدون عرضه بازیهایی که بتوانند قابلیتهای پلی استیشن 5 را به نمایش بگذارند، فروش این محصول با دشواریهای زیادی روبرو خواهد شد. مایکروسافت در رابطه با اکس باکس سری اکس نیز با همین مشکلات روبرو است.

علاوه بر این سونی هنوز مشخص نکرده است که چه تعداد از این کنسول پس از رونمایی اولیه به بازار عرضه خواهد شد. بااینحال گمان میرود که هزینه تولید و درنتیجه قیمت این کنسول بالا باشد و به همین منظور سونی احتمالاً تعداد محدودی از پلی استیشن 3 را به بازار عرضه کند تا بهاینترتیب بتواند میزان عرضه را با تقاضای خریداران اولیه انطباق بدهد.
سونی همچنین اعلام کرد که فروش کلی تمامی نسخههای پلی استیشن 4 در سه ماه اولی سال 2020 به بیش از 110 میلیون دستگاه برسد. همانطور که حدس میزنید پیشبینی عرضه کنسول جدید و اشباع بازار موجب شده است فروش پلی استیشن 4 از 17.8 میلیون در سال 2018 به 13.6 میلیون در سال 2019 برسد.

بیگ بنگ: منظومۀ تراپیست-۱ شگفتانگیزترین منظومه در منطقۀ محلی ماست. این منظومه در فاصلۀ ۴۰ سال نوری از زمین قرار داشته و ۷ سیاره فراخورشیدیِ سنگی در دل خود جای داده است؛ سه مورد از این سیارهها در ناحیه سکونتپذیرِ ستارۀ خود قرار دارند.
به گزارش بیگ بنگ، برای اینکه سیاره بتواند از حیات پشتیبانی کرده و سکونتپذیر شود، باید عوامل زیادی دست به دست هم دهند. بنابراین، اخترشناسان به دنبال آن دسته از خصوصیاتی هستند که اطلاعاتی دربارۀ تاریخچه آن منظومه در اختیارشان بگذارد. حالا بر اساس یافتههای مطالعه جدید، به همان شیوهای که سیارههای منظومهشمسی به دور یک صفحه کمابیش مسطح در پیرامون استوای خورشید میچرخند، سیارههای فراخورشیدیِ تراپیست-۱ نیز در صفحهای مسطح به دور مرکز آن گردش میکنند.
کشف فوق این فرصت را در اختیار اخترشناسان میگذارد تا تاریخچه پویای این منظومه را مورد بررسی قرار دهند. این کار میتواند نقش مهمی در اصلاح مدلهای موجود از منظومهها ایفا کرده و احتمال سکونتپذیری در سیارههای فراخورشیدیِ آن منظومهها را به شکل بهتری بررسی کند. اما یافتن سیارهها در اطراف استوای ستاره به این معناست که آنها اساساً با انحراف یکسانی که در آن به وجود آمدند به گردش مشغول هستند.
این عامل شرایط را برای مطالعه حالت اولیۀ این منظومه آسانتر میکند. محققان تا به امروز موفق به کشف بیش از ۴۰۰۰ سیاره فراخورشیدی در کهکشان راه شیری شدهاند. یکی از مهمترین دستاوردهایی که محققان در کشف سیارههای فراخورشیدی به آن نائل آمدهاند این است که آیا منظومه شمسیِ ما در واقع نرمال است یا خیر. پاسخ این پرسش به شکل بهتری با استفاده از سیارههای فراخورشیدی داده میشود.
اخترشناسان تاکنون تراز چرخشی چند سیاره فراخورشیدی را اندازه گرفتهاند؛ تعداد زیادی از سیارههای غول گازی چیزی موسوم به «انحراف یا درجه تمایل ستارهای» دارند؛ یعنی زمانی که سیارههای فراخورشیدیِ یک ستاره در زاویهای متمایل و کج به دور محور اسپین ستاره میچرخند. منظومههایی که چندین ستاره دارند، انحراف کمتری دارند؛ اما تابحال هیچکس این انحراف را در مورد سیارههای سنگیِ زمینمانند اندازه نگرفته بود. دلیلش این است که انحراف یا درجه تمایل ستارهای بر اساس معیاری تحت عنوان «اثر روسیتر – مکلوگلین» اندازه گرفته میشود.
مشاهدۀ این اثر با ستارههای کوچک و کمنوری مثل تراپیست-۱ کار دشواری است. بگذارید نحوه عملکرد این را با هم بررسی کنیم. وقتی ستارۀ در حالِ گردشی را مشاهده میکنیم، نوری که از سویش به سمت ما میآید، به فرکانسهای بالاتر رسیده و به انتهایِ آبی طیف نزدیک میشود. این فرایند «Blueshift یا انتقال به آبی» نام دارد. از طرف دیگر، نوری که از جانب چرخیده و از ما دور میشود، به سمت فرکانسهای پایینتر متمایل شده و در قالب انتقال به سرخ دیده میشود.
وقتی سیارهای در اطراف آن ستاره به چرخش میپردازد، میتوانید بر اساس نوع طول موجی که در همان ابتدا انسداد میشود، جهت آن را تشخیص دهید. آن سیاره فراخورشیدی یک نوع سایۀ دوپلر ایجاد میکند که به ایجاد یک انحراف یا خمیدگی میانجامد. این خمیدگی برای مدلسازیِ انحراف یا درجه تمایل ستارهای استفاده میشود.

تراپیست-۱ یک کوتوله سرخ است؛ یعنی خیلی کوچک و کمنور است. بنابراین، قبلاً غیرممکن بود که اثر روسیتر – مکلوگلین را مشاهده کنیم. اما تلسکوپ سوبارو واقع در هاوایی اخیراً با یک طیفنگار فروسرخ جدید بنام(IRD) تناسب داشت. در شب ۳۱ آگوست ۲۰۱۸، سه مورد از سیارههای فراخورشیدیِ تراپیست-۱ در یک شب از ستاره عبور کردند؛ لذا محققان این فرصت را غنیمت شمرده و دادههای زیادی را تنها در یک مرحله مشاهده جمعآوری کردند. باید بگوییم که محققان این بار خیلی خوششانس بودند که چنین فرصتی به دست آوردند.
در یکی از گذرها، سایه دوپلر ایجاد شد، اما این نشان میداد که انحراف یا درجه تمایل ستارهای نزدیک به صفر است. هنوز نمیتوان در این مورد با قاطعیت اظهار نظر کرد؛ امکان خطا در این اندازهگیری میتواند بالا باشد. در طول فرایند ستارهزایی، ستاره توسط دیسک بزرگ و مسطحی از گردوغبار و گاز احاطه میشود. وقتی ستاره کامل شد، گاز و گردوغبار باقیمانده چیزهای دیگری را به وجود میآورد.
به همین دلیل است که سیارههای منظومهشمسی به صورت منظم کنار هم چیده شدهاند؛ هیچ عاملی نتوانسته همترازیِ آنها را به هم بریزد و آنها قرص و محکم سر جای خود ایستادهاند. اگر سیارههای فراخورشیدیِ تراپیست-۱ در یک صفحه صاف، مرتب و مسطح باشند، احتمالاً تغییر مکان نداشته و همان جایی ایستادهاند که قبلاً در آن به وجود آمدهاند. با این حال، این سیارهها فاصله نزدیکی با ستارهشان دارند؛ یعنی این آرایش فشرده احتمالاً نتیجۀ مهاجرت تدریجی به بخش درونی بوده است؛ نَه هیچ عامل مختلکننده دیگر.
نتیجۀ فوق را میتوان اینطور هم تعبیر کرد که نبود اختلالهای گرانشیِ بزرگ به احتمال زیاد منجر به پیدایش سیارههایی در ناحیه سکونتپذیر میشود؛ این نتیجهگیری نیازمند بررسیهای دقیقتر و بیشتری است. اما تا به اینجای کار هم محققان گام بزرگ و روبه جلویی برداشتهاند که جای تقدیر دارد. دانشمندان در پایان ابراز امیدواری کردند که با انجام تحقیقات و مشاهدات بیشتر بتوانند دریچههای جدیدی به روی ویژگیهای چرخشیِ منظومههای ستارهای بگشایند. جزئیات بیشتر این مقاله در The Astrophysical Journal Letters منتشر شده است.

بیگ بنگ: شایعاتی مطرح شده که خورشید در قرنطینه به سر میبرد و بزودی شرایط جوی زمین دستخوش تغییر شده و زلزله یا سرمایی فراگیر در سیارهمان رخ خواهد داد. خب، توصیه میکنیم خونسردیتان را حفظ کنید و به شایعات توجه نکنید، زیر این رویداد فقط جزئی از “چرخه خورشیدی” است و هر ۱۱ سال یکبار فعالیت ستارۀ ما کاهش و افزایش مییابد.
به گزارش بیگ بنگ، خورشید، یک ستاره آرام و یکنواخت است که با سوختن هیدروژن و تبدیل آن به هلیوم، حدود ۴.۶ میلیارد سال است که به زندگی خود ادامه میدهد. اما در عین حال تغییرات منظمی در دورههای زمانی کوتاه مدت وجود دارند که خورشید ما را همچنان فعال و جذاب کردهاند. فراز و فرود دورهای فعالیتهای این ستاره، «چرخه خورشیدی» نام دارد.
آنچه میتوان انتظار داشت که اتفاق بیفتد، دورهای کاملاً عادی در چرخه ۱۱ سالۀ خورشید است که به آن دورۀ کاهش فعالیت خورشید(solar minimum) میگویند. این اتفاق اصلاً جای نگرانی ندارد. حتی همین الان که مشغول خواندن این مقاله هستید، به احتمال زیاد چند مورد از این دورهها در حال وقوع است و هیچ آسیبی هم به شما نمیرسد. حتی متوجه وقوع این رویدادها نیز نمیشوید.
در حال حاضر، چرخه خورشیدی ۲۴ را تجربه میکنیم. بیست و سومین چرخه خورشیدی در انتهای دهه ۱۹۹۰ رخ داد و تا سال ۲۰۰۸ ادامه یافت. ناسا در سال ۲۰۱۷ اعلام کرد که دوره کاهش فعالیت خورشید در سالهای ۲۰۱۹ تا ۲۰۲۰ میتواند رخ دهد. در ماه دسامبر سال گذشته، کارگروهی پیشبینی چرخه خورشیدی ۲۵ را در طی گزارشی اعلام کرد که دورۀ “کاهش فعالیت خورشید” بین چرخههای ۲۴ و ۲۵ در ماه آوریل ۲۰۲۰ به وقوع میپیوندد.
بنابراین، یا در حال حاضر این رویداد خورشیدی در حال وقوع است، یا بزودی باید شاهد آن باشیم. “چرخه خورشیدی” بر پایۀ میدان مغناطیسی خورشید رخ میدهد که هر ۱۱ سال یکبار دچار تغییر و گردش میشود. به این ترتیب، قطبهای مغناطیسی شمال و جنوبِ آن جایشان را عوض میکنند. هنوز مشخص نیست چه عاملی موجب این چرخهها میشود.
بر اساس تحقیقات اخیر، این رویداد با همترازی سیارهای ۱۱.۰۷ ساله ارتباط دارد. اما قطبها زمانی عوض میشوند که میدان مغناطیسی در ضعیفترین حالتش قرار داشته باشد. این وضعیت به دوره “کاهش فعالیتهای خورشید” معروف است. از آنجایی که میدان مغناطیسی خورشید به کنترل فعالیت خورشید (طوفانهای خورشیدی، پرتاب شرارههای خورشیدی و …) میپردازد، این چرخه با تغییر این فعالیتها، برای ما قابل شناسایی است.
در طول دورۀ “کاهش فعالیت خورشید”، شرارهها و طوفانهای خورشیدی به کمترین میزان میرسند. وقتی خورشید مجدداً به حداکثر فعالیت خود برسد، این روند به صورت تدریجی تغییر پیدا میکند. میدان مغناطیسی قویتر شده و طوفانها و شرارههای خورشیدی افزایش مییابند. بدین ترتیب ۲۲ سال طول میکشد تا یک “چرخه خورشیدی” بصورت کامل طی شود.

چرخههای خورشیدی عموماً از زمین قابل مشاهده نیستند. البته شاید شفقهای قطبی را در طول افزایش حداکثریِ فعالیت خورشید ببینیم، زیرا شفقهای قطبی در اثر فعالیت خورشید به وجود میآیند. افزایش فعالیت خورشید میتواند بر ارتباطات رادیویی و ماهوارههای مسیریابی تاثیر بگذارد. افرادی که به طور دقیق خورشید را مشاهده و بررسی میکنند، طوفانهای خورشیدی بیشتری را در طول افزایش حداکثریِ فعالیت خورشید ردیابی میکنند.
در دورۀ کاهش فعالیت خورشید، تابش فرابنفش خورشید رو به کاهش میگذارد، اما اثرات این کاهش در استراتوسفر و ارتفاعات بالاتر نمایان میشود. این اتفاق به کاهش ناچیزِ اندازۀ اتمسفر ختم میشود. و بالعکس، افزایش تابش فرابنفش در طول افزایش حداکثری فعالیت خورشید منجر به بارش باران میشود، اما تاثیری که بر روی دما میگذارد، ناچیز و قابل اِغماض است.
البته در طول کاهش حداقلیِ فعالیت خورشید، پرتوهای کیهانی نیز افزایش پیدا میکنند. منبع این پرتوهای کیهانی، انفجارهای ابرنواختری است. اتسمفر زمین از ما در برابر این تابش محافظت میکند؛ تابشی که میتواند احتمال ابتلا به سرطان را افزایش دهد. این پرتوها در ارتفاعات بالاتر خطراتی را برای فضانوردان به همراه دارد. اخترشناس «دین پسنل» از مرکز پروازهای فضایی گودارد ناسا در سال ۲۰۱۷ گفت: «در طول دوره کاهش حداقلیِ فعالیت خورشید، میدان مغناطیسی خورشید تضعیف شده و میزان محافظت در برابر این پرتوهای کیهانیِ مضر کاهش مییابد. این عامل میتواند جان فضانوردان را به خطر اندازد.»
اخیراً بر این شایعه دامن زده شد که دانشمندان ناسا از تکرار وقوع رویدادی به نام «Dalton Minimum» ابراز نگرانی میکنند. این رویداد در اوایل قرن نوزدهم میلادی به وقوع پیوست و دورۀ شدیدی در تاریخ زمین رقم زد. این دوره سال بدون تابستان را به همراه داشت. در پی این رویداد، دما کاهش یافت، محصولات کشاورزی از بین رفتند و عدۀ زیادی در سراسر دنیا از گرسنگی جان خود را از دست دادند. عدهای هم به دلیل سرمای بیسابقه از این جهان رخت بربستند.
البته این مورد هیچ ارتباطی با فعالیت خورشید نداشت. همۀ این مشکلات در اثر فوران آتشفشان “کوه تامبورا” در اندونزی به وجود آمد. این فوران در سال ۱۸۱۵ اتفاق افتاد. افزون بر این، محققان با انتشار مقالهای در سال ۲۰۱۳ نشان دادند که هیچ ارتباطی میان فعالیت خورشید و زلزله وجود ندارد. آخرین چرخه خورشیدی نسبتاً آرام بود. برخی از گزارشها نشان میدهد که دمای جهان کاهش پیدا کرده و عصر یخی کوتاهی آغاز خواهد شد. ناسا در اوایل سال جاری به شدت این ایده را مورد انتقاد قرار داد.
تیم ناسا معروف به «تغییر آبوهوای جهان» این چنین نوشت: «گرمایشِ ناشی از انتشار گازهای گلخانهای در اثر مصرف بالای سوختهای فسیلی، شش برابر بیشتر از سرمایش احتمالی به درازای چند دهه است که کاهش طولانیِ فعالیت خورشید میتواند به همراه داشته باشد. حتی در صورتی که دوره کاهش حداقلی فعالیت خورشید یک دهه طول بکشد، دمای جهان کماکان روند افزایشیِ خود را طی خواهد کرد. از آنجا که عواملی بیشتر از تغییرات خروجی خورشید باعث تغییر دمای جهان میشوند، قسمت عمده تغییرات و گرمایش جهانی را میتوان به افزایش انتشار گازهای گلخانهای در اثر فعالیت انسانها در زمین نسبت داد.»
برخی از دانشمندان بر این باورند که رابطهای میان کاهش فعالیت خورشید و فعالیت آتشفشانی وجود دارد، اما این ارتباط ضعیف است و مقالههای مختلف با این ایده چندان موافق نیستند. در هر صورت نیازی به نگرانی در این مورد وجود ندارد. اگرچه چرخه ۲۴ کوچکتر از چند چرخه پیشین بود، اما آن چرخهها به طرز عجیبی قوی بودند. خوشبختانه، چرخه تازهای که قرار است به زودی تجربه کنیم، زیاد عجیب نیست.

آپدیت iOS با کرونا سازگار میشود!
آخرین نسخه آپدیت سیستم عامل اپل iOS۱۳.۵ نام دارد و هم اکنون عرضه شده است. این آپدیت چند ویژگی جدید از جمله نوتیفیکیشن «قرار گرفتن در معرض کووید -۱۹» را دارد. اپل برای ارائه این ویژگی با گوگل همکاری کرده است.
علاوه برآن باز کردن قفل دستگاه با قابلیت Face ID برای کاربرانی که ماسک به صورت دارند نیز تسهیل شده است.
در این وضعیت سیستم عامل صفحه کد را به کاربر نشان میدهد تا او بتواند بدون تاخیر قفل دستگاه خود را باز کند. همچنین هنگامیکه کاربر ماسک به صورت دارد و بخواهد از اپل استور، اپل بوکز، اپل پی یا آیتونز خرید کند، همین صفحه کد نمایش داده میشود.
علاوه بر آن قابلیت Medical ID نیز ارتقا یافته است. کاربر میتواند برخی اطلاعات پزشکی خود را برای مواقع اضطراری در این بخش ذخیره کند. با ارتقای این ویژگی فرد می تواند دستگاه را طوری تنظیم کند تا به طور خودکار اطلاعات Medical ID را با اپراتورهای اورژانس ۹۱۱ به اشتراک بگذارد.
در کنار این موارد آپدیت جدید iOS حاوی وصله های ترمیمی برای باگها است.

بیگ بنگ: گروهی از دانشمندان ناسا مستقر در قطب جنوب، ذرات بنیادی را یافتهاند که از درک فعلی ما از فیزیک سرپیچی میکنند. برخی محققان تصور میکنند که این ذرات میتوانند متعلق به “جهانی موازی” باشند، جایی که قوانین فیزیکی کاملا به طور معکوس عمل میکند.
به گزارش بیگ بنگ به نقل از یورونیوز، این یافتههای جدید توسط یک دستگاه آشکارساز ذرات به نام «آنتن گذرای تکانشی قطب جنوب» (ANITA) کشف شده است که تیم دانشمندان ناسا آن را به کمک بالونهای غولپیکر در جو زمین قرار دادهاند. دستگاههای ناسا که در بالونهای هلیومی موجود در ارتفاع ۳۷ کیلومتری زمین نصب شده، ذرات و پرتوهای کیهانی برخاسته از سطح یخ در قطب جنوب را شناسایی میکنند.
قطب جنوب مکانی ایدهآل برای مطالعات اخترشناسی به شمار میرود چرا که از آب و هوایی سرد و خشک برخوردار است و تداخل امواج و یا به عباراتی پارازیت در آنجا صفر یا بسیار کم است. این دستگاه یک ذره با انرژی بالا مثل ِ نوترینو را یافته که خواصی همچون یک ذره با انرژی پایین از خود نشان میدهد.
ذرات با انرژی پایین میتوانند به صورت کامل از میان کره زمین عبور کنند و ماده سخت نمیتواند آنها را متوقف کند. این در حالی است که ذرات با انرژی بالا به وسیله سطح جامد کره زمین متوقف میشوند. این بدین معنی است که ذرات با انرژی بالا تنها زمانی می توانند مورد شناسایی قرار بگیرند که از سطح بیرونی جو پایین آمده باشند، این در حالی است که آنتن ناسا ذرهای را دیده است که با انرژی بالا طریق معکوس را در پیش گرفته یعنی از سطح زمین به سمت بالا آمده است.

پرفسور گورهام افزود: «با توجه به اینکه رفتار این ذرات شباهتی با “تاو نوترینو” ندارد، ممکن است طبقه جدیدی از ذرات بنیادی زیر اتمی باشد. اگر دستگاه اشتباه نکرده باشد، سادهترین توضیح میتواند این باشد که همزمان با بیگ بنگ، دو جهان موازی به وجود آمده باشد. جهان ما، و جهانی که در آن “قوانین فیزیک” معکوس حاکم هستند و زمان میتواند به عقب باز گردد. در واقع در این جهان موازی فرضی، ذرات باردار بارهای معکوس دارند(بارهای الکتریکی مثبت به منفی و منفی به مثبت) و محور زمان نیز در جهت عکس حرکت میکند.»
برخی محققان نیز مدعی هستند که این مشاهدات به “جهانهای موازی” ارتباطی ندارد و شاید نشانهای از کشف ذرات بنیادی جدید باشند که رفتاری متفاوت دارند. کاندید این ذرات ناشناس میتواند ماده تاریک باشد. مادهای فرضی است که چون از خود نور یا امواج الکترومغناطیسی منتشر یا بازتاب نمیکند، نمیتوان آن را مستقیما” دید، اما از اثرات گرانشی موجود بر روی اجسام مرئی، مثل ستارهها و کهکشانها، میتوان به وجود آن پیبرد. کاندید دیگر برای این ذرات، این است که از زمان بیگ بنگ به ما رسیدهاند و مربوط به جهان پادمادهای باشند. جهان پادمادهای از زمان بیگ بنگ در خلاف جهان ما انبساط یافته و با قوانین فیزیکی معکوس جهان ما، عمل میکند. در این فرضیه جهان ما از ماده ساخته شده و جهان مجاور از پادماده!
هرچند این پدیده برای اولینبار یازده سال پیش مشاهده شد، با این حال در تمام طول این سالها تلاش دانشمندان برای توضیح علمی آن با شکست مواجه شده است. فرضیه «جهانهای موازی» از دهه شصت میلادی به این سو و با کتابهای علمیتخیلی و کمیک استریپ محبوبیت یافت، هر چند بحث پیرامون امکان وجود «چند جهان» از سال ۱۹۵۲ در محافل علمی رواج داشته است. نسخۀ پیش از چاپ این پژوهش در وبسایت arxiv.org منتشر شده است.

They're winning! No, they're losing....Unless? This week on Tower of God, the storyline was devoted to one of the most beloved of battle anime tropes: a competition so fierce, it isn't decided until the last second. Set in a shadowy, testing facility with potentially impossible architecture, there's no tension to be found in the abstract, bare bones visuals. Instead, it's the vibrant mental cartwheels of Khun versus Quant that transform this vague scenario into a nail-biting sequence of ever more gripping turnabouts.The art may be crude, but clever dialogue and intriguing plot twists keep the story engaging—and often surprising.
As someone coming in fresh to the anime, it's episodes like "Khun's Strategy” that make me realize I'm missing out on a lot of explanation. While it's true that adapting the exact lengthy exposition from the webtoon wouldn't work, it's evident that a great deal of this storyline wasn't designed to be told in 24-minute episodes. I'm not entirely sure why some people are guaranteed to pass the position selection test no matter the outcome. I'm a bit shaky on the rules of what Quant can and can't do. (Like, how does Khun know he's running out of Shinsu?) And while I don't need a detailed diagram of the testing facility, I would like a basic layout that would describe the stakes—how far does Anaak need to travel to reach an exit, for example? A glimpse at the webtoon (can you believe we're up to chapter 43 now?) verifies that the administrators offer a lot of additional info through handy diagrams and descriptions that work for the comic, but would turn this show into a yawnfest and remove the asset that makes it so interesting—its whirlwind pace. Urged forward by mesmerizing action and a dynamite soundtrack (I especially love that memorable jazzy piano number), Team A's valiant attempt against Ranker Quant goes by so quickly, I was surprised when the episode ended.
Khun quickly establishes himself as the brains of the operation, and through episode eight he continues to be this show's character to watch. He's always one step ahead of the game, positioning his teammates around the arena like chess pieces. He's so clued into Quant's psychology that he knows just how the Ranker will respond to Khun's taunt. But the real genius of his strategy is that he always intended to lose, but made the team's loss close enough to be believable. As the administrators confer amongst themselves, Khun's real team is scattered between A and B. Since everyone on A that he wants to pass is already a shoo-in, he wasn't playing to win. He was playing to create a blueprint for B, so Bam, Endorsi, and co. could use his example to find a way to defeat Quant for real. Khun's feigned disappointment after the exam, which readily wins over his losing team, shows just how formidable he is. He even got them to cheer him up over the loss he executed! It's chilling what Khun is willing to do in order to climb the tower with his chosen team. In this situation it turns out favorably for our protagonist, but what about in the case his own interests differ from Bam's?
Meanwhile in the waiting room, Bam and Endorsi have an interesting heart to heart. He's obviously still hooked on Rachel while Endorsi, who knows that Rachel is trying to extricate herself from Bam, is gently trying to redirect his attention. As Hoh directs his unsettling gaze to the pair, it's clear that while Khun is looking out for a team of his choosing, Bam is meanwhile surrounded by enemies. I have no idea how this naive-seeming protagonist, who stubbornly looks for everyone's good side, is going to pass this exam. Khun's team lost with everyone working together (even if they didn't realize they were actually working toward Khun's master plan). But on Bam's team there are a lot of different motives at play. The game is confusing and the setting is plain, but the story is fantastic. Webtoon author SIU continues to show his appreciation for the shonen battle genre through this thrilling iteration.

The official website of the Non Non Biyori anime series revealed the first key visual (pictured right) for its third season on Saturday. The new anime season will air under the title Non Non Biyori Nonstop in January 2021.
Shinya Kawatsura (Non Non Biyori, Tanaka-kun wa Itsumo Kedaruge) is reprising his director role for the third season at Silver Link. Returning staff members include screenwriter Reiko Yoshida (Violet Evergarden, Hakumei to Mikochi) in change of the series composition, character designer Mai Ootsuka (Machikado Mazoku, Urara Meirochou), and background art studio Kusanagi (Kakushigoto, Hoshiai no Sora).
The first two anime seasons premiered in Fall 2013 and Summer 2015. The seventh and tenth limited edition manga volumes included two original video animation episodes in July 2014 and September 2016, respectively. The Non Non Biyori Movie: Vacation anime film opened in Japan in August 2018, grossing over 190 million yen (approximately US$1.7 million).
Non Non Biyori adapts Atto's slice of life comedy manga, which has been serialized in Comic Alive since September 2009. Kadokawa published the 15th volume on Saturday.
Sentai Filmworks licensed the anime series in North America and released both seasons on home video in January 2015 and November 2016. Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the manga in English in October 2014 and shipped the 12th volume on September 3.

With a bang and a whoosh, Momiji whisks the Soma family away for a beach vacation in this drama-packed pair of episodes. The sun! The sand! The sea! The sadness. Hey, it's still Fruits Basket, after all.
Since I'm cramming two episodes into one review this week, I won't dwell too long on the lighter side of this family reunion, but the beach house does lend this story a refreshing change of scenery, full of wide-open spaces that allow the large cast to spread out and interact in unique ways. From inner-tubing to beetle-catching to watermelon-splitting, it's fun to watch Furuba's zoo of lovable weirdos make their own fun in the sun. There's also way more skin on display as everyone strips down to their swimsuits, and I'm not sure how I feel about getting a closeup of Tohru's bottom. I could do with fewer jokes about Shigure's wandering eyes in my favorite wholesome healing dramedy.
Besides, Shigure's been playing the field enough without bringing our heroine into his dirty mind. It was easy to assume that Rin might have dumped Haru to protect him from some dangerous mission ahead of her, but the stomach-turning reveal of what she wanted to get from Shigure in the first season finale comes as an early shock before the summer trip has even started. Rin's attempt to seduce the Zodiac's most unreliable member is deeply uncomfortable to watch, since she's so bad at faking her attraction to Shigure, and she still seems to be in shaky health following her accident. But she needs information about the curse, and her past efforts clearly haven't gotten her anywhere, so she believes there's no other choice but to pay Akito's closest adviser with her body.

We don't see what happens between them after Shigure considers her offer, but we do know this meeting convinced him to stir the pot with Akito once again. As they share another weird conversation halfway between bitterness and intimacy, Shigure convinces Akito to surprise everyone at the beach house and "teach them a lesson" for having fun without him. It's been hard to trust Shigure ever since we learned of his selfish intentions back in episode 10, but the way he cares for Tohru and gently prods the boys into further growth has led us to believe that he's ultimately on our side. So what possible good could come from injecting Akito's malice into this relaxing vacation, endangering the Zodiac children and Tohru when they most need a break? Even the theory that Shigure wants to give Hatori (or Kureno?) a break from Akito's advances doesn't make sense, because Akito just ends up bringing his favorite toys to the beach along with him. And Shigure can't be investigating something at the estate in the master's absence, because he comes along on the trip too. Then again, Rin doesn't. And there's someone hiding in the estate with a very similar name, "Ren", that no one is allowed to talk about, who's apparently the main reason that Akito won't let Kureno or Hatori stay behind without him. The mysteries keep piling up with no end in sight, and we haven't even gotten back to the main cast yet!
I'll just start with the smallest characters and work my way up. There's trouble in paradise for Kisa and Hiro when the Sheep lets his jealousy get the best of him, prying open a wound for Tohru that will linger for the rest of these episodes. After she drops her notebook again and Hiro looks inside, he remarks that it's weird for Tohru to be such a momma's girl but never even mention her dad, who also passed away not so long ago. In the past, we've seen Tohru dismiss this question with an easy answer—she was too little to remember much about him when he died. But she struggles to tell that lie this time when specific memories do resurface in her mind, memories of a quiet house and a Kyoko with long hair in mourning clothes who turned her back on a tiny Tohru. We've seen this image of our heroine standing alone in the doorway of her old house before, back in episode 27 when Kyo dug too deep into Tohru's anxieties. And once again, this heartbreaking image chains directly into another memory, when Tohru stood alone in her apartment after her mother's death.
Questions bubble up rapidly as Tohru whispers reassurances to her mother's photo alone on her balcony at night. If she doesn't remember her father at all, why does Tohru talk just like him, being hyper-polite to everyone regardless of context? Why does she tie a memory of her father's funeral so directly to her mother's eventual death, and why does she have to keep Kyoko's photo so close to convince herself that they're still "always together"? Even if she hides it well enough that only Kisa (and Kyo) can tell that something's wrong, it's unmistakable that something about Tohru's relationship with her father remains too tender for her to touch. Like Yuki, Tohru has put her earliest memories in a box with the lid shut tight, which means her dad—and some part of her mom—has to stay in that box too.
I'll come back to that mystery when Yuki enters the picture, but for now, Kisa and Hiro's fight is resolved peacefully, as they both apologize for hurting the other, and a welcome distraction soon arrives to ease their minds. The woman we saw walking with Hatori at the main estate was actually Hiro's mother Satsuki, and she's going to have a baby! Tohru is elated, Hiro is embarrassed, and all the other Soma cousins explore their own feelings about welcoming a new member to the family who's guaranteed to be free of the Zodiac curse. As Yuki puts it, "Now the Somas can have children just because they want them." Parents like Momiji's don't have to suffer with a child they can't accept, and parents like Yuki's won't be able to use their cursed children as pawns for their own financial gain. Then again, it wouldn't have mattered to Hiro's mother, since she's implied to be among the most loving and accepting members of the Soma family. She has that Tohru or Kana-like energy, absent-minded but open-hearted, which might be why Hiro is so normal for his age compared to many of his more damaged cousins. If he wasn't so jealous over Kisa, maybe Hiro would have applied his adorably overprotective instincts to Tohru as well.
Then again, that's Kyo's job. As Momiji points out, the Cat and Sheep are more alike than they'd want to admit—and Momiji also notes that Kyo has gotten much softer since Tohru accepted his true self. As Yuki and Haru look on, Kyo orbits around Tohru in his feline way, never demanding her attention like Momiji, but never straying far from her side either. Even after Kisa's worries about Tohru dissipate, Kyo can sense that she's still in pain, so he prods her to open back up about her mother once they're alone together, instead of letting Hiro's insults make her self-conscious all vacation long. This scene really brings out the beauty in their dynamic, because in order for the ever- selfless Tohru to be comfortable opening up again, Kyo has to be brave and clear the air about his own mother, so Tohru can accept that she's not hurting anyone with her mommy complex. It's not easy for him to talk about such a dark past, but it is healing for him to share the truth with someone he trusts, and Tohru quickly melts back into her old self when she gets to share funny stories about Kyoko destroying the house. (Once again, Tohru doesn't seem bothered by a memory of her mother breaking her dad's photo, despite being incredibly protective of her mother's own picture.) As Kyo and Tohru laugh together, it's hard to deny that their ship has surely sailed, leaving Yuki adrift on the waves.
And who should he crash against but Akito, sitting coldly on the concrete tetrapods that cover an uninhabitable side of the coast. It's interesting to see Yuki and Kureno juxtaposed with one another in this creepy scene; it's like Yuki is staring down the future he could have had, a ghost lingering just behind his persistent tormentor. I don't want to analyze Akito's behavior in this episode too deeply, since so much of his motivation remains mysterious, but besides stating the obvious that he's a horrible monster to everybody, it's become clear that Akito does discriminate between Zodiac members in some head-scratching ways. Even his efforts to convene an impromptu banquet for everyone don't follow the rules that people like the Old Maid seem to care about. Yuki's allowed to skip the gathering because Akito wants him to come crawling back by choice, so he's happy just to get him alone on the beach and "remind" him that he will never find happiness outside of his proper place in the dark compound. Kyo's told not to come because he's the Cat, but then again, it's never made clear that Akito himself made that decision; Shigure's actually the one who tells Kyo to stay behind, and he has his own agenda that Akito doesn't seem interested in challenging directly. And then there's Kureno, who's not allowed to interact with anyone else at all, not even Akito's other favorite pet, Hatori. As he tells his derelict selection of animals that he loves them, it's anyone's guess as to why Akito has chosen to divide the Zodiac up with such arbitrary prejudice. As Shigure puts it, "We can't get any more twisted than we already are." Even if the way the Zodiac is "supposed to" operate is still dark and insular and terrible, I don't think it's currently functioning as intended under Akito, and maybe the family head, like the Old Maid, has been blaming Yuki's desertion for this sorry state of affairs.
Thankfully, Yuki doesn't seem to care about Akito's thoughts anymore. After pushing himself to visit the Soma estate without incident, seeing his sworn enemy get closer to Tohru in such a positive way for both of them, and accepting that there were glimpses of light and happiness even in his darkest days as a child, Yuki is finally ready to open the tightly closed lid on his feelings. (This took a lot longer in the manga, where many chapters from season one were placed between the Kyo's-true-form stuff where the lid was introduced and this climactic summer vacation, but in the end, I think the emotional impact is the same.) He had been warming up to the idea just one day before, when he lay on the couch stroking Tohru's hair in a scene that probably should have been more romantic than it felt, but it's not Tohru who ultimately pries the lid off Yuki's childhood traumas; it's Akito.
Yuki realizes to his own surprise that he's no longer the same person who shut down when he saw Akito at school in episode 12, because the hateful words that used to leave him paralyzed with fear just seem like hollow lies to him now. He spent the last couple years running away from "the truth" about being the Rat, an abandoned child only born to entertain his master away from a judgmental world. But in just a few months of fighting to become his own person, trying new things that scare him and meeting new people who challenge him, making the effort to reconnect with his brother and being encouraged with love from people like Tohru and Haru, Yuki's come to accept that he doesn't have to be afraid of his "weak" childhood self rising up and taking over. Just like Momiji said back in episode 14, those memories don't hurt the way they once did, because all the brighter memories Yuki's made since then have given him clarity about who that little boy was all along. His weakness has finally made him strong.
Even if he and Tohru had forgotten about it in the sad years that followed, there was at least one bright day hiding inside that dark box, when he escaped the Soma estate, rescued a stranger, and began to dream that he might have a place in the world outside his cage. If he wants to take that warm memory out of the box, he has to accept everything else inside it and move forward. Now that Akito's words don't leave Yuki incapacitated anymore, and he's decided to embrace that life-changing moment when he got to be the heroic boy in the hat, he knows what he must do to accept his past and create his future. It's time to say goodbye to more than just Akito.
That's why Haru calls opening the lid "an ordeal" for Yuki. Even if he can accept all the memories inside without being swallowed up in panic, many of those feelings are going to be sad, and they may force him to make difficult decisions. We still don't have a clear picture of what everything in that box has told Yuki about what he must do, but episode 32's heart-stopping ending gives us a couple of clues. When Tohru asks why taking the lid off his feelings has made Yuki so sad, he tells her that she's just like the open sky above them, streaked with the shooting stars that reflect his own tears as they stream down her face pressed to his. It's something unreachable, a horizon that inspires us and grants us perspective when we feel the walls closing in, but that sky is not something we can ever keep for ourselves. Thinking all the way back to where his story began, Yuki brought Tohru into his home not just to help her, but to prove to himself that he could interact with normal people and become normal himself. Right after that, the family secret got out thanks to Kyo, so Yuki was forced to drop the prince act and accept his true self instead, discovering that the world still had a place for him, warts and all. Ever since she saved him then, Tohru's been a security blanket for Yuki, but as he sees her forging a deeper relationship with Kyo, Yuki realizes that he'll have to keep moving forward without her constant attention. If he doesn't want to be like the possessive Somas who raised him, he's going to have to let go of the person he loves more than himself and forge his own path into the future.
This is a brutal step in self-actualization that most people don't reach until much later in life (which is true of most of the healing the Somas undergo in this series), and Yuki will be happier in his friendship with Tohru if he doesn't have to rely on her so much to function, but this also raises some dark questions about Tohru's own "tightly closed lid". As Yuki finds strength in the acceptance that his childhood wasn't all darkness, Tohru is unsettled by the haunting echoes of a childhood that wasn't all light. She's nowhere near ready to remember the imperfect side of her late mother, but she won't be able to resolve her fear of abandonment without fully accepting her past. Yet time marches on, and the Somas are slowly growing beyond her to pursue their own lives, while Akito rushes to steal them all back from Tohru before they can escape his grasp.

'Kyojinzoku no Hanayome' Reveals Staff and Additional Cast
ComicFesta opened an official website for the previously announced anime adaptation of ITKZ's BL manga series Kyojinzoku no Hanayome (The Titan's Bride) on Wednesday. The website revealed the show's main staff, additional cast, and a teaser visual (pictured). As the latest ComicFesta anime title, the short-episode television anime will air censored on Tokyo MX beginning July 6 at 1:00 a.m., and uncensored episodes will stream on the ComicFesta Anime Zone website.
Noriko Fujimoto (Kanojo wa Dare to demo Sex Suru.) stars as Medina Naru Rosas alongside the leads Yuuki Ono (Beastars) and Kento Itou (Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii) as Caius Lao Bister and Kouichi Mizuki, respectively.

New 'Fate/kaleid liner Prisma☆Illya' Anime Film Announced
A new anime film based on Hiroshi Hiroyama's Fate/kaleid liner Prisma☆Illya manga series was announced by animation production company Kadokawa on Tuesday. The company also opened an official page for the film, revealing a teaser visual (pictured right) and an announcement promo.
The first installment in the alternative setting spin-off ran in Comp Ace from September 2007–November 2008. The second manga ran in the same magazine between April 2009 and March 2012. Hiroyama launched the third and latest installment—Fate/kaleid liner Prisma☆Illya 3rei!!—in May that year. Kadokawa will publish the 11th volume on May 26.
Silver Link. adapted the manga into four television anime in four consecutive Summer seasons from 2013 to 2016. Crunchyroll simulcast each season as they aired in Japan. Sentai Filmworks distributed the first three seasons on home video in North America in September 2014, February 2016, January 2017, respectively.
The Fate/kaleid liner Prisma☆Illya Movie: Sekka no Chikai (Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya: Vow in the Snow) prequel anime film opened in Japan in August 2017, grossing over 270 million yen (approximately US$2.5 million). A theatrical original video anime subtitled Prisma☆Phantasm premiered on June 14 last year. Sentai Filmworks plans to release both anime installments on home video on July 14.

'Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii' Manga Ends
This year's 12th and 13th combined issue of Hana to Yume magazine published the final chapter of Dai Shiina's Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii (The World is Still Beautiful) manga on Wednesday. The 25th and final volume will be released on August 20 with special editions on both print and digital release.
Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii began as two one-shots on Hana to Yume magazine's seventh 2009 issue and on the 13th 2011 issue before it began regular serialization in 2012. The adventure of Shiina's fantasy romance manga began from the invitation of Sun Kingdom's young king Livius to wed Princess Nike who holds the power to bring forth rain. Hakusensha released the 24th and latest compiled manga volume on Wednesday.
Studio Pierrot adapted the manga into a 12-episode TV anime that aired between April and June 2014. The anime was simulcast by Crunchyroll and Sentai Filmworks released it on Blu-ray and DVD in North America in October 2015.

Fantasia Re:Build Light Novel Crossover RPG Reveals 2020 Smartphone Release
Kadokawa opened a website for its Fantasia Re:Build crossover game on Thursday. The site reveals that the game will debut on iOS and Android devices, as well as the DMM Games platform this year.

Sekina Aoi (Gamers!), Ichiei Ishibumi (High School DxD), Koushi Tachibana, and Tarō Hitsuji (Akashic Records of Bastard Magic Instructor) are all credited for the main scenario writing. DMM Games and gumi are developing the game.
Kadokawa announced the game in 2018.
