That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Releases Trailer Featuring Terashima Takuya OP
Upcoming anime That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime has released its second trailer and key visual!
The new trailer features the series’ opening theme, “Nameless Story”, performed by voice actor Terashima Takuma. It has also been announced that he will be playing Mikami Satoru, the original human form of protagonist Rimuru.
Adapted from the light novel series written by Fuse and illustrated by Mitz Vah, That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime follows the adventures of salaryman Satoru, who is killed in a random incident and subsequently reincarnated as a slime.
Kikuchi Yasuhito will direct with series composition by Fudeyasu Kazuyuki and character design by Ebata Ryoma. Cast members already announced include: Okazaki Miho as Rimuru, Toyoguchi Megumi as Great Sage, Maeno Tomoaki as Veldora, Hanamori Yumiri as Shizu, Furukawa Makoto as Benimaru, Senbongi Sayaka as Shuna, M.A.O. as Shion, Eguchi Takuya as Souei, Otsuka Houchu as Hakurou, and Hidaka Rina as Milim.

The official website for the television anime of Meg's Shūdengo, Capsule Hotel de, Jōshi ni Binetsu Tsutawaru Yoru. (The Night When Me and My Boss Spent the Night at the Capsule Hotel After the Last Train and He Passed His Fever to Me) manga began streaming a promotional video for the anime on Wednesday. The video serves as a prologue to the regular broadcast version of the anime.

The manga centers on Minori, an office worker, and her boss Hadano, who are constantly arguing with each other. One night, after a company drinking party, Minori and Hatano are having their usual argument, when Minori realizes that she has missed the last train. They decide to spend the night at a nearby capsule hotel, but an incident forces them to share the same unit.
The anime will premiere on Tokyo MX on October 7. The "complete version" of the anime with "additional explicit scenes" will premiere on ComicFesta's Anime Zone streaming service.
The cast is different between the regular version and complete version. The cast includes:
Taku Yashiro (regular version) and Yū Asagi (complete version) as Akihiko Hadano, Minori's boss
Daisuke Hirose (regular version) and Kazuo Yano (complete version) as Kei Sugawara, a rookie model
Hiromi Igarashi (regular version) and Hiyo Sakurano (complete version) as Minori Aizawa, the heroine who has been working at a fashion design company for a year
Hideki Araki (Sōryo to Majiwaru Shikiyoku no Yoru ni...) is directing the anime, with scripts by Arikura Arika. Mizuki Aoba is designing the characters, with Yuka Honma credited for sub clothing design. Suiseisha is credited for production, with Namu Animation credited for production cooperation.

Is the Order a Rabbit? Announces New Anime and OVA!
Comedy manga Is the Order a Rabbit? is set to receive not only a new OVA in 2019, but also a third TV anime season in 2020!
The big announcement was made at a special event held in Tokyo on Sept. 16, with a special video that can be seen below.

Fans can also get excited about "GochiUsa DJ Blend 2", a CD that features DJ mixes of songs from the series. The CD itself will be launched on Dec. 19, followed by "Is the Order DJ Night? 2", another special event held in Tokyo on Dec. 29.
Originally a 4-panel manga by Koi serialized in Manga Time Kirara Max, Is the Order a Rabbit? follows a girl named Hoto Cocoa as she comes to work in a cafe called the Rabbit House and befriends Chino, the shy young granddaughter of the cafe's founder.
While release and broadcast details are still scarce, more information will be revealed through the series' official website and Twitter.

One Piece: World Seeker Game's Trailer, Visuals Highlight Jewel Island Setting
Bandai Namco Entertainment America unveiled an English-subtitled trailer, screenshots, and a new visual for its One Piece: World Seeker game on Tuesday. The trailer highlights the game's Jewel Island setting, as well as the two central characters to the setting: Jeanne (Ayumi Fujimura), the leader of the island's traditionalist Anti-Navy faction; and Isaac (Rikiya Koyama), the warden of Jewel Island's prison. Eiichiro Oda designed both characters.

The game was originally slated to debut this year in Japan and overseas, but Bandai Namco Entertainment confirmed earlier this month that the game is delayed to 2019. The game's developers decided "a bit more time is needed to reach fan expectations for this ambitious title."
The game will release on the PlayStation 4 in Japan, and will release on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam in the Americas and Europe.

Set sail in an all-new ONE PIECE adventure in ONE PIECE: World Seeker! Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates are back in a new story that puts players' into Luffy's point of view, as he battles and explores an expansive and seamless world. Open landscapes provide many paths for players to experience Luffy's gum-gum abilities and swing into action.
The game will take place on "Prison Island" ("Jail Island"), which is located in the New World. Weekly Shonen Jump magazine previously teased that the game will tell the "truth of a tragic event." The issue featured an image of a man in shadow standing in front of the Holy Land Mariejois on fire.
Characters who will appear in the game include the entire Straw Hat crew, Tashigi, Smoker, Sabo, Rob Lucci, Crocodile, Aokiji, Kizaru, Fujitora, Akainu, and Ichiji, Niji, and Yonji from Germa 66.
The game will feature the talents of One Piece anime producer Hiroki Koyama from Toei Animation, One Piece media supervisor Suguru Sugita from Shueisha, One Piece game supervisor Yuji Suzuki from Shueisha, and One Piece game producer Kōji Nakajima from Bandai Namco Entertainment.
The game is commemorating the 20th anniversary of Eiichiro Oda's original One Piece manga, which launched in 1997.

Maxis and The Sims team have confirmed they are actively looking into adding disabilities to The Sims 4. In a series of tweets released by SimGuruGrant over the last month, he states that they have spoken to fellow simmers who use wheelchairs, and others who are deaf or hard of hearing. Grant also sought input that would help solve design challenges.

There’s a new quest in The Sims Mobile! The Dance Instructor Career Event is available now for a limited time, giving players 4 days to complete the necessary steps that will reward them with the “Dance Instructor Career” reward. To unlock the main event quests, you will first have to complete a quick quest to unlock the Dance Instructor Career quest.

To complete this preliminary quest, click on a Sofa and select the “Dance Magic” event. You have 2 Days to complete this. Once you complete this action, you’ll unlock the main event.
To begin the event that helps you unlock the Dance Instructor Career, select the “Quests” tab on the right side of your screen. If you do not see the “Dance Instructor Career” quest, make sure your game is up to date and restart your game.

To complete the Dance Instructor Career Event, you’ll have to complete 19 quests in the game. Unlocking the Dance Instructor Career Option
Once you’ve completed the quests and unlocked the Dance Instructor Career heirloom, you can then head over to the Waterfront District and unlock the new career. Head over to the Wellness Center and go into build mode. From there, select the “Dance Instructor” collection and place the special “Wall Mirror” object. This unlocks the career for selection.
Once you have placed it, you can click the wall mirror and join the new career. This career has its own special Story Chapters that allow Sims to unlock additional rewards.

به گزارش نامه نیوز، دختری 19 ساله در هند توسط 12 سرباز در هشت ساعت مورد تجاوز قرار گرفت.
به گفته قربانی، وی زمانی که در ایستگاه اتوبوس منتظر بود توسط 12 سرباز مورد حمله قرار گرفت و در یک اتوبوس خالی به او تعرض وحشیانه ای شد.
جسم بیهوش دخترجوان بعد از این که در کنار خیابان رها شد توسط چند زن و مرد پیدا و به بیمارستان انتقال یافت.
زمانی که پزشکان متوجه اثراتی از تعرض در بدن او شدند با اداره پلیس تماس گرفتند و گزارش دادند.
وقتی قربانی به هوش آمد به مامورپلیس گفت که در کجا ، چه زمانی و توسط چند نفر که لباس نظامی به تن داشتند مورد تعرض قرار گرفته است.
وی همچنین گفت که زمانی که به او تعرض شد متوجه اسم 3 تن از متجاوزین که پنکاج ، نیشو و منیش نام داشتند شده و زمانی که او را در کنار خیابان رها کردند توانست از بین چشمان بی حالش چهره آن ها را تشخیص دهد.
افسرپرونده پس از ثبت گفته های قربانی و چهره نگاری توانست متوجه هویت سه مظنون که سرباز بودند بشود و با انتشار عکس های آنان در روزنامه ها و تمامی ادارات پلیس خواستار کمک برای دستگیری این 3 سرباز متواری شد.
در حال حاضر این پرونده در حال بررسی و پیگیری است و قربانی به دلیل فشار روحی و ضربات وارد شده به صورت و سرش دچار اختلال در شنوایی و گفتاری شده است.

مایکروسافت تحتتاثیر مخالفت سازمانهای نظارتی، هشدار آخرین نسخه آزمایشی از سیستمعامل ویندوز ۱۰ را که کاربران را از نصب سایر مرورگرهای اینترنتی منع میکرد، حذف کرده است.
به گزارش The INQUIRER، با توجه به آنکه اخیرا مخالفتهای بسیاری با گوگل برای فعالیتهایش در اتحادیه اروپا که به منظور کنار زدن شرکتهای رقیب و عدم نمایش خدمات شرکتهای دیگر در صفحه نخست جستوجوی گوگل انجام گرفته بود، حالا مایکروسافت نیز به نظر میرسد که تصمیم گرفته است برای جلوگیری از سرنوشت مشابه گوگل، اعلان هشداری را که در آخرین نسخه آزمایشی از سیستم عامل ویندوز ۱۰ وجود داشت و کاربران را از نصب و دانلود هرگونه مرورگر اینترنتی جز مایکروسافت اج ( Microsoft Edge) منع می کرد، حذف کند.
مایکروسافت بهعنوان شرکت توسعهدهنده سیستم عامل ویندوز، حالا اعلام کرده است که کاربران در تصمیمگیری برای نصب و استفاده از مرورگرهای اینترنتی نظیر گوگل کروم، مایکروسافت اج، فایرفاکس و غیره اختیار تام خواهند داشت و دیگر ویندوز ۱۰ به آنها هشداری مبنی بر عدم نصب مرورگرهای دیگر را نخواهد داد.
پیشتر کاربران عنوان کرده بودند که هنگام نصب و دانلود مرورگرهای اینترنتی دیگر، سیستم عامل رایانه به آنها هشدار "شما هماکنون از مرورگر اینترنتی کاملا امن و مطمئن مایکروسافت اج استفاده میکنید که بهصورت پیشفرض بر سیستم عامل رایانه شما نصب شده است و نیازی به نصب سایر مرورگرها نخواهید داشت" را برروی صفحه نمایش رایانه مشاهده و دریافت میکردهاند.
حال به نظر میرسد که مایکروسافت نمیخواهد خود را با جهان و شرکتهای توسعهدهنده مرورگرهای اینترنتی دربیندازد و با این اقدام سعی دارد به همه کاربران نشان دهد که به هیچ عنوان نمیخواهد آزادی و حق انتخاب را از کاربرانش سلب کند.
با اینکه سلطه طولانی مدت مرورگر اینترنت اکسپلورر تقریبا به اتمام رسیده است، اما مایکروسافت در سالهای اخیر با معرفی مرورگر جدید، سریع و باکیفیت مایکروسافت اج سعی کرد که در رقابت تنگاتنگ با سایر غولهای تکنولوژی فعال در این زمینه عقب نیفتد و با معرفی قابلیت و فناوریهای جدید، نظر خیل عظیمی از کاربران اینترنتی را به سمت خود جلب کند.
تازهترین گزارشها حاکی است که مرورگر اینترنتی مایکروسافت اج توانسته است به یکی از محبوبترین و پرکاربردترین مرورگرهای اینترنتی تبدیل شود و تعداد دفعات دانلود نسخه اندرویدی آن بیش از ۵ میلیون بار را نیز پشت سر بگذارد. این در حالیست که میزان دانلود این مرورگر در آخرین ماه سال گذشته ۲۰۱۷ میلادی حتی به یک میلیون بار نیز نمیرسید اما حالا با گذشت تنها شش ماه شاهد رشد چند برابری این مرورگر اینترنتی هستیم.
در صورتی که این روند به همین ترتیب ادامه پیدا کند، مایکروسافت اج با عبور از مرز ۱۰ میلیون بار دانلود، به محبوبترین مرورگر اینترنتی تبدیل خواهد شد و این امر دستاورد و موفقیت بزرگی برای شرکت مایکروسافت به شمار خواهد رفت.
نسخه موبایل مرورگر مایکروسافت اج در اواخر سال گذشته ۲۰۱۷ میلادی بود که منتشر شد و قابلیت و ویژگیهای جدیدی را برای استفاده بهتر و بیشتر کاربران ارائه میداد. یکی از مهمترین قابلیتهای آن بهطور قطع همگامسازی رایانه ویندوزی و موبایل کاربران بود و این بدان معناست که کاربران میتوانند ادامه وبگردیهای خود را برروی رایانه یا برعکس انجام دهند.
از دیگر قابلیتهای جذاب مایکروسافت اج میتوان به بارکدخوان درون برنامهای، جستوجوی صوتی و حالتInPrivate اشاره کرد تا کاربران بتوانند بدون آنکه تاریخچه فعالیت و وب گردیهایشان در محیط وب ثبت شود، به گشت و گذار در اینترنت بپردازند.
مایکروسافت اج همچنین به منظور رقابت با رقبای قدرتمند خود همچون گوگل کروم و فایرفاکس، امکان پشتیبانی از کتابهای الکترونیکی را نیز به پلتفرم خود افزود تا توجه خیل عظیمی از کاربران کتابخوان و طرفداران کتابهای صوتی را به خود جلب کند.
به نظر میرسد مایکروسافت اج بتواند در آینده نزدیک با ارائه بهروزرسانی و رقابت با سایر مرورگرهای محبوب جهان، حرف بیشتری برای وبگردی کاربرانش داشته باشد و امکانات بیشتر و کاربردیتری را در اختیار آنها قرار دهد.
اما مایکروسافت اج هنوز راه زیادی تا رسیدن به گوگل کروم دارد چراکه سهم آن در حال حاضر دو درصد از استفاده مرورگرهاست این در حالیست که سهم کروم ۶۰ درصد و اینترنت اکسپلورر نیز سه درصد است که البته مرورگر گوگل نسبت به سالهای قبل سهم اندکی از خود را از دست داده و این امر میتواند فرصت مناسبی برای مایکروسافت اج به شمار بیاید تا جای آن را بگیرد و محبوبیت بیشتری را برای خود دست و پا کند.

کره جنوبی، از پیشتازان 5G
ایتنا - در کره جنوبی اکوسیستم اقتصادی بیشتری برای ارائه خدمات نسل پنجم شکل خواهد گرفت.
توماس نورن معاون شرکت اریکسون و رئیس واحد تجاری سازی خدمات مخابراتی نسل پنجم در این شرکت اسامی شرکتهای پیشتاز در این حوزه را اعلام کرد.
وی که در کنگره جهانی موبایل آمریکا یاMWCA در لس آنجلس حضور یافته معتقد است آمریکا و کره جنوبی بر چالش های فنی راهاندازی شبکههای مخابراتی نسل پنجم غلبه کردهاند و به سرعت سایتهایی را برای ارائه خدمات مذکور راه اندازی کردهاند.
به گفته وی کره جنوبی تواناییهای خود را در این زمینه در جریان برگزاری بازی های المپیک زمستانی به رخ شرکت کنندگان کشید و حالا نیز باندهای فرکانسی ۳.۵ گیگاهرتز و ۲۸ گیگاهرتز را به ارائه خدمات مخابراتی نسل پنجم اختصاص داده است.
به گزارش ایتنا از مهر، نورن یکی از علل استقبال از فناوری نسل پنجم مخابراتی در کره جنوبی را کشش بازار و تقاضای مردم برای دسترسی به این نوع خدمات عنوان کرد و افزود: البته کره جنوبی از نظر میزان جمعیت نمی تواند با آمریکا رقابت کند و لذا در این کشور اکوسیستم اقتصادی بیشتری برای ارائه خدمات نسل پنجم شکل خواهد گرفت.
معاون شرکت اریکسون کشورهایی مانند ژاپن، چین، انگلیس، آلمان، ایتالیا و فنلاند را هم از جمله کشورهای پیشرو در زمینه ارائه این نوع خدمات دانست که البته بعد از آمریکا و کره جنوبی قرار می گیرند.

گوگل در مارس 2019 جیمیل را جایگزین اینباکس خواهد کرد
ایتنا- گوگل اخیرا اعلام کرد که قصد دارد در پایان مارس 2019، به واسطه جیمیل، اینباکس را کنار بگذارد و کاربرانی که بعد از مارس به دنبال دسترسی به اینباکس باشند، مجددا به محیط جیمیل هدایت میشوند.
گوگل، اینباکس یا صندوق ورودی را در محیط جیمیل تعریف کرد و در اکتبر سال 2014، آن را به عنوان یک سرویس پیام الکترونیکی (ایمیل) محدود ارائه کرد.
این شرکت بیشتر از اینباکس برای آزمایش با ایدههای جدید ایمیل مانند ایمیلهای کوتاه، پاسخ هوشمند و اطلاعیههای دارای اولویت بالا استفاده کرد. چهار سال بعد، گوگل به این نتیجه رسید که دیگر نیازی به این سرویس نیست.
به گزارش ایتنا از رایورز به نقل از ونچربیت، در ماه آوریل، گوگل جیمیل را با یک سری از قابلیتهای جدید طراحی کرد که بسیاری از آنها به عنوان تجربههای اینباکس برای بار اول تست میشدند.
گوگل اعلام کرد که هر چیزی در صندوق ورودی یا اینباکس، به جیمیل جدید منتقل خواهد شد و به عنوان یک قابلیت ذخیره میشود.
ایمیلهای مسافرتی مخصوص پرواز، هتل، رستوران و رزرو اجاره اتوموبیل هستند، آخرین بخش جیمیل خواهد بود و قرار است که این موارد هم به جیمیل منتقل شود و پس از آن اینباکس به صورت کامل کنار گذاشته شود.
این شرکت اعلام کرد که فقط جیمیل است که توسعه پیدا میکند و وقتی که سخن از «حذف» به میان میآید، باید در کنار آن از واژه تمرکز و توسعه بیشتر استفاده شود به این معنی که با حذف اینباکس، تمرکز روی توسعه جیمیل بیشتر میشود.

البته تاریخی که برای حذف نرم افزار اینباکس از سرویس گوگل در نظر گرفته شد که ماه مارس سال 2019 (اسفند امسال) است و کاربران اپلیکیشن مذکور تا آن زمان میتوانند به استفاده از امکانات اینباکس ادامه دهند.
لازم به ذکر است که اعضای تیم توسعه اینباکس که پیش از این نیز همکاری تنگاتنگی با تیم جیمیل داشتند، به این گروه ملحق شدهاند و فعالیت خود را در چارچوب نرم افزار اصلی ایمیل گوگل (جیمیل) ادامه خواهند داد.

ساز و کار اینترنت موبایل و نارضایتی کاربران
تعرفه اینترنت موبایل این روزها حاشیههایی داشته و بسیاری از کاربران در شبکههای اجتماعی از تغییر بستههای اینترنتی اپراتورهای موبایل ابراز نارضایتی کردند و معتقدند برخی از اپراتورها بهصورت نامحسوس و یا با اضافه کردن اینترنت شبانه، به افزایش قیمت اینترنت موبایل اقدام کردهاند. به گزارش ایتنا از ایسنا، کمیسیون تنظیم مقررات و ارتباطات رادیویی در مصوبه خود در سال ۱۳۹۵، با کاهش ۲۰ درصدی تعرفه اینترنت،سقف تعرفه خدمات داده تلفن همراه را برای سیمکارتهای دائمی به ازای هر کیلوبایت، ۰.۴ ریال و برای سیمکارتهای اعتباری ۰.۶ ریال تعیین کرد. البته اپراتورهای تلفن همراه میتوانند با رعایت شرایط رقابتی و تعرفه تعیین شده در این مصوبه، ضمن فروش خدمات دیتا بر اساس کیلوبایت، بستههای مختلف تعرفههای را نیز متناسب با نیاز مشترکین تعریف و با رعایت سایر مقررات و شرائط پروانه خود ارایه کنند. هزینه واقعی: هر گیگ ۴۰ هزار تومان با یک محاسبه مشخص میشود که طبق مصوبه رگولاتوری، در حالی که هزینه هر کیلوبایت اینترنت ۰.۴ ریال تعیینشده (هر گیگابایت یک میلیون کیلوبایت است)، قیمت هر گیگابایت اینترنت در تعرفه آزاد، یک میلیون برابر ۰.۴ و به عبارتی ۴۰۰ هزار ریال یا ۴۰ هزار تومان برای سیمکارتهای دائمی و ۶۰ هزار تومان برای سیمکارتهای اعتباری میشود. از طرفی رگولاتوری حتی برای اپراتورها کف تعرفه هم تعیین کرده که به ازای هر گیگابایت، حدودا ۳۰۰۰ تومان است. مطابق مصوبه، تعرفه عادی تعیینشده توسط اپراتور برای هر خدمت میتواند مساوی یا کمتر از سقف و در صورت تعیین کف تعرفه توسط کمیسیون، مساوی یا بیشتر از کف تعیینشده برای هر خدمت باشد و برای مدت زمان حداقل شش ماه ارائه شود. این در حالی است که اپراتورها در کنار تعرفههای عادی، اجازه ارائه طرحهای تشویقی هم دارند. «طرح تشویقی» به طرحی گفته میشود که قیمت آن کمتر از کف تعرفه عادی اپراتور تعریف شده باشد که سقف زمانی آن حداکثر سه ماه است و امکان فروش طرح تشویقی و تمدید طرح تنها در این مدت برای اپراتور ممکن است. به همین دلیل است که طرحهای تشویقی اپراتورها پس از مدتی حتی با وجود استقبال کاربران حذف میشود. کف تعرفه: ۳۰۰۰ تومان برای هر گیگ درصورت وجود کف تعرفه مصوب کمیسیون تنظیم مقررات ارتباطات برای یک خدمت، تعرفه خدمات در قالب طرحهای تشویقی میتواند پایینتر از کف تعرفه مصوب باشد. همچنین درصورت نبود کف تعرفه مصوب برای خدمات، یک چهاردهم سقف تعرفه، بهعنوان ملاک سنجش خواهد بود. در این مصوبه با توجه به اینکه تنها سقف تعرفه تعیین شده است (۴۰ هزار تومان برای سیمکارتهای دائمی و ۶۰ هزار تومان برای سیمکارتهای اعتباری)، یک چهاردهم این سقف که ۲۸۵۷ تومان برای سیمکارتهای دائمی و ۴۲۸۵ تومان برای سیمکارتهای اعتباری میشود، ملاک است. طبق این مصوبه رگولاتوری، اپراتورهای تلفن همراهی که سهم بازار آنها کمتر از ۱۰ درصد بازار است، مجاز شدهاند در طرحهای تشویقی خود تا حدود ۴۰ درصد تخفیف برای مشترکان اعمال کنند، اما اپراتورهایی که سهم بازار آنها بیش از ۱۰ درصد است، تنها تا ۲۰ درصد قیمتها میتوانند به مشترکان خود تخفیف دهند. بنابراین اپراتورها حتی اگر بخواهند نمیتوانند تعرفهها را از یک حد پایینتر ارائه دهند و این خلاف قانون است. اما مباحثی که این روزها درباره افزایش تعرفه اینترنت مطرح میشود، موجب واکنش محمدجواد آذری جهرمی -وزیر ارتباطات و فناوری اطلاعات- هم شد. تا جایی که براساس آنچه در برخی رسانهها منعکس شده، او درباره نظارت سازمان تنظیم مقررات و ارتباطات رادیویی بر فعالیت اپراتورها گفته است در نامهای به این سازمان درباره تغییر قیمت به واسطه حذف بستههای اینترنت گزارش خواستهام و به طور حتم اگر حقوقی از شهروندان ضایع شده باشد باید اپراتورها مواخذه شوند. تغییر قیمت بستهها تخلف است؟ وی در حالی تاکید کرده «تغییر قیمت بستهها مورد تایید ما نیست و مصداق تخلف است و با آن برخورد میشود.» که به اعتقاد کارشناسان، اپراتورها مطابق مصوبه خلاف قانونی انجام ندادهاند. درواقع اگر کاربران از قیمت اینترنت موبایل و یا افزایش قیمت و حذف بستههای اینترنتی شکایتی دارند، باید شکایت خود را به رگولاتوری ببرند که تعیینکننده کف و سقف اینترنت است و این اجازه را به اپراتورها داده که درباره طرحها و قیمت بستههایشان تصمیم بگیرند. از طرفی نارضایتی کاربران از تعرفههای اینترنتی درحالی است که محمدباقر اثنیعشری -رئیس سازمان نظام صنفی رایانهای کشور- پیش از این گفته بود بالا بودن تعرفه صوت در اپراتورهای موبایل موجب شده اپراتورها منبع درآمد خوبی از این قسمت داشته باشند که موجب دامپ بازار در تعرفههای اینترنت موبایل شده، اما اگر تعرفه صوت موبایل مثل اینترنت ثابت که بهطور متناسب کم شده، کاهش پیدا کند، آن وقت تعرفه اینترنت موبایل هم واقعی میشود. اثنیعشری با اشاره به تمایل افراد به استفاده از اینترنت موبایل به جای ثابت، نیز بیان کرده بود: طبق گزارش کمیسیون اینترنت سازمان نظام صنفی رایانهای، تعرفه اینترنت موبایل در همه جای دنیا و روی تلفن همراه، برای یک درصد تا حجمی که بتوانند با پیامرسانها کار کنند، پایین است و برای مرورگری و دانلود کردن، نرخها بالاتر از ADSL است؛ اما در ایران این طور نیست و یک تعرفه ثابت وجود دارد که مصرفکننده در خیلی موارد ترجیح میدهد از اینترنت موبایل استفاده کند. در نهایت، سقف و کف تعیینشده توسط رگولاتوری، نشان میدهد اپراتورها هنوز تخلفی در این زمینه انجام ندادهاند. کف تعرفه اینترنت ۲۸۰۰ تومان برای هر گیگابایت است، در صورتی که مایل باشند حتی اجازه دارند تا ۴۰ هزار تومان برای هر گیگابایت هم تعرفه اینترنت را بالا ببرند و همچنان مطابق قانون رفتار کرده باشند، قانونی که از دی ماه ۹۵ در رگولاتوری درباره آن تصمیمگیری شده و شاید لازم باشد رگولاتوری تجدید نظری درباره این مصوبه کند، هرچند در مقابل اپراتورهای موبایلی، اپراتورهای ثابت هستند که همین حالا هم معتقدند هزینه اینترنت موبایل بسیار پایین است و با هجوم کاربران به اینترنت موبایل، موجب ورشکستگی آنها شده است.

In the year 1930, vampires have infiltrated Tokyo to feast upon its unsuspecting citizens. Stand My Heroes Game App for Female Players Gets TV Anime
A second anniversary special event for the iOS/Android game app Stand My Heroes announced in Tokyo on Saturday that a television anime adaptation has been green-lit.
The otome puzzle game for female players is set in modern Tokyo at Matori, the narcotics control unit of investigators under the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. The protagonist, who has the unique trait of drugs having no effect on her, ends up working in the unit. She scouts personnel from investigators, idols, writers, genius high school students, top designers, butlers, underground doctors, and others to form teams of modern ikemen heroes for different missions.

Seishun Buta Yarō Anime Gets Theatrical Film Project in 2019
The advance screenings for Seishun Buta Yarō wa Bunny Girl-senpai no Yume wo Minai (The Young Pig-Rascal Isn't Dreaming of a Bunny Girl Upperclassman), the television anime of Hajime Kamoshida's Seishun Buta Yarō light novel series, announced on Saturday that there will also be a theatrical film project next year.

The Seishun Buta Yarō wa Yume-Miru Shōjo no Yume wo Minai (The Young Pig-Rascal Isn't Dreaming of a Dreaming Girl) film project will adapt the sixth and seventh light novel volumes, Seishun Buta Yarō wa Yume-Miru Shōjo no Yume wo Minai and Seishun Buta Yarō wa Hatsukoi Shōjo no Yume wo Minai (The Young Pig-Rascal Isn't Dreaming of a First-Love Girl).
The film project follows not only the main characters Sakuta Azusagawa and Mai Sakurajima, but also a mysterious girl named Shōko Makinohara. The story depicts when each of their feelings and wishes intersect.
The light novel series begins with a rumor about a mysterious phenomenon call "puberty syndrome." For example, Sakuta Azusagawa is a high school student who suddenly sees a bunny girl appear in front of him. The girl is Mai Sakurajima, Sakuta's upperclassman and also a famous actress who has gone on hiatus from the entertainment industry. For some reason, the people around Mai cannot see her bunny-girl figure. Sakuta sets out to solve this mystery, and as he spends time with Mai, he learns her secret feelings. Other heroines who have "puberty syndrome" start to appear in front of Sakuta.

The all-female band The Peggies is performing the opening theme song "Kimi no Sei" (Your Fault). The six main heroines (as played by their respective voice actresses) are performing the ending theme song "Fukashigi no Karte" (Mysterious Chart), and the anime's fox capture plan composed the song. The idol group Sweet Bullet is singing the insert song "BABY!"
The anime will premiere on ABC TV on October 3 at 26:15 (effectively October 4 morning at 2:15 a.m.). It will then air on Tokyo MX, Gunma TV, Tochigi TV, BS11, and Nagoya Broadcasting Network on October 6.
Novel illustrator Keeji Mizoguchi drew the previously revealed character visuals for the anime.

Kadokawa published the first novel volume in the series, also titled Seishun Buta Yarō wa Bunny Girl-senpai no Yume wo Minai, in April 2014. Keeji Mizoguchi provides the illustrations. Kadokawa published the eighth volume on April 10.
Tsugumi Nanamiya launched a manga adaptation of the first novel volume in the January 2016 issue of Dengeki G's Comic magazine. Kadokawa published the first volume in October 2016. Tsukumo Asakusa launched a manga adaptation of the second novel, Seishun Buta Yarō wa Puchi Devil-kōhai no Yume wo Minai (The Young Pig-Rascal Isn't Dreaming of a Petit Devil Underclassman), in the May issue of Dengeki G's Comic on March 30.

Live-Action Gintama 2 Film Surpasses 3 Billion Yen
Warner Bros. released a new behind-the-scenes video on Friday for Gintama 2: Okite wa Yaburu Tame ni Koso Aru (The Law is Surely There to be Broken), the second live-action film based on Hideaki Sorachi's Gintama manga, to commemorate that the film has earned more than 3 billion yen (about US$26.77 million).

The film had earned more than 2.5 billion yen (about US$22.6 million) after 19 days on September 4. The film reached the 2.5 billion yen mark two days faster than the first film, which reached the amount after 21 days.
The film opened in Japan on August 17 in 345 theaters. The film earned over 800 million yen (about US$7.27 million) from Friday to Sunday to rank #1 in its opening weekend. As of September 2, the film had sold a total number of 1.88 million tickets.
The film's story covers both the "Shinsengumi Crisis" and the "Shogun Reception" arcs, the latter of which features the introduction of the Shogun. The film stars Shun Oguri as Gintoki Sakata, Masaki Suda as Shinpachi Shimura, Kanna Hashimoto as Kagura, Masami Nagasawa as Tae Shimura, and Masaki Okada as Kotarō Katsura.
The first film opened in Japan in July 2017. Well Go USA released the first film on DVD, Blu-ray Disc and DVD combo pack, and Digital HD on March 6.

Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion Lost Stories Social Game Revealed
The official Twitter account for the Code Geass franchise revealed more details on Sunday for the previously teased Code Geass game project by DMM Games. The game is titled Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion Lost Stories, and it will be a social game. The staff will reveal more information about the game during a stage presentation at Tokyo Game Show on September 23 at 3:00 p.m. JST (2:00 a.m. EDT).

Five large public screens across Akihabara in Tokyo such as the Akihabara UDX screened a three-minute video about the project on Sunday.
Sunrise revealed last month that the Code Geass: Fukkatsu no Lelouch (English subtitle: Re;surrection) sequel anime film project will be one film that will premiere in February. Director Goro Taniguchi confirmed that many of the key staff members are returning for the movie, and specifically emphasized that the story will be complete in one film, which will serve as a finale.
The first film in the series' compilation recap trilogy, Code Geass - Hangyaku no Lelouch - Kōdō (lit.: The Awakening Path, official English subtitle: Initiation), opened in Japan in October 2017. The second film, Code Geass - Hangyaku no Lelouch - Handō (lit.: The Rebellion Path, official English subtitle: Transgression), opened in Japan in February. The third film, Code Geass - Hangyaku no Lelouch - Ōdō (lit.: The Imperial Path, official English subtitle: Glorification), opened in May.
Funimation has licensed the trilogy.
The original Code Geass television series premiered in 2006, followed by a sequel series in 2008. The series has inspired various manga and original video anime, including the Code Geass: Akito the Exiled spinoff, which premiered in 2012.

TV Anime 'Poputepippiku' Gets New Episode
Poputepippiku Special Event: Pop Cast Epic held this weekend has announced on Sunday that a new episode of Poputepippiku TV anime will be broadcast on April 1 of next year.
Poputepippiku is a 4-koma manga by bkub Ookawa, which began serialization via Manga Life Win since August 2014. TV anime has been broadcast in this winter by Kamikaze Douga for total of 12 episodes. Each episode consists of a 12-minute segment repeated twice. The repeated segment contains a different voiceover by a set of two seiyuus with variations on the skits.

به گزارش باشگاه خبرنگاران جوان؛صبح امروز گزارشی مبنی بر خودکشی یک جوان ۲۰ ساله به کلانتری ۱۰۹ بهارستان اعلام شد.
با بررسی علت خودکشی مشخص شد که این جوان از پدرش درخواست خرید خودرو میکند، اما با جواب منفی و مخالفت پدر خود رو به رو میشود.
جوان 20 ساله پس از مشاهده مخالفت پدرش با خرید خودرو، به خوردن قرص اقدام کرده و دست به خودکشی میزند و با توجه به تعداد زیاد قرصهای خورده شده به شدت مسموم و پس از گذشت چند ساعت در بیمارستان فوت میکند و جسد وی نیز به پزشکی قانونی منتقل شد.
با دستور بازپرس شعبه ششم قاضی مدیر روستا، بررسی این پرونده در دستور کار قرار گرفت.

Steins;Gate 0 - Episode 21 [Review]
When I review a series, I try to avoid comparing the product at hand to whatever innumerable versions of it could have been, but I almost couldn't help myself with episode 21 of Steins;Gate 0. The plot primarily focuses on Okabe making a series of arduous time leaps to get back from 2036 to 2011, and though Maho's improvements to the Time Leap Machine allow for two-week leaps up to a point, eventually Okabe will have to revert back to the old two-day jumps. This means that it will take hundreds, if not thousands of leaps for Okabe to get where he needs to be, and all the while he has to deal with the physical pain of reawakening from his coma over and over, not to mention the work of re-explaining his situation. While Okabe has been in a dire cycle of time-leaps before, this kind of bleak, Sisyphean struggle feels like an honest attempt at engaging with Steins;Gate 0's untapped dramatic potential.
So it's a shame that the story has to rush through it all in a single episode. Obviously, extending this particular vision of Okabe's repetitive and draining quest for more than just an episode or two wouldn't make for good TV; it would be as miserable to watch as it must have been for Okabe to experience. But with a few tweaks and some spiced-up drama to fill in the gaps between time-leaps, I could see this premise serving as a much more interesting and propulsive hook for Steins;Gate 0 than what we've gotten for the past twenty weeks, a version of the show that allows us more time to fully reckon with this ruined future while also giving our hero a more engaging narrative focus. I'm not arguing that all of Steins;Gate should have been about Okabe's right to salvage Operation Arclight, but consider how much time this show has frittered away on stuff like Daru's Date Night and the Kagari plot (which still has yet to go anywhere). If this storyline had been given even just a half-dozen more episodes to breathe and get creative with how it handled the usual Steins;Gate formula, the series as a whole would feel much more satisfying as a companion piece to the original series.
That isn't what we got though, so we'll just have to make do with an episode that does a decent job with the material it was given. The direction and writing is slightly improved in the episode's first two-thirds – the narrative stakes and Okabe's own anguished resolve feel earned, unlike last week's inert and manipulative outing. Future Daru and Future Maho still don't get much to do beyond offer exposition, and even a reunion with Faris and Rukako blows by with little fanfare.
Amadeus is treated a bit better, serving as Okabe's guide and anchor as he travels further and further back in time, but the attempts at wringing some pathos out of her relationship with Okabe don't work for me. The AI has more or less wasted her potential as a tragic echo of the real Makise Kurisu, and she hasn't been given nearly enough screen-time to work as a character in her own right. This late in the game, Amadeus mostly feels like an excuse for Asami Imai and Mamoru Miyano to keep performing with one another. The scene where Amadeus and the rest of the Future Gadget Lab work to fend off the Strafor Forces so Okabe can avoid being captured and killed is fine, I guess, but it doesn't provide the warm-fuzzy feelings of camaraderie and hopefulness that I think it's going for. It's just another dot for the plot to connect before sending Okabe back to where we last left him, bursting into the lab to warn Present Day Daru and Maho about the imminent attack coming from Leskinen and his goons.
What happens next does manage to deliver those warm-fuzzies, as Daru gives Okabe a compliant right-hook to the face, and Hououin Kyouma emerges from the crumpled heap on the floor. Yeah, the animation and cinematography of this long-awaited return was wonky, but I don't think that could ruin the scene for even jaded fans. Seeing Okabe cackle maniacally and don his signature lab coat once more was a treat, made all the funnier by Maho's bewildered reaction at all of this, because of course she'd be freaked out. The stoic super scientist she's been crushing on all series is now rambling like a bug-eyed madman.
Kyouma's return is appropriately punctuated by a lab-coat swoosh and a dramatic declaration of “El-Psy-Congroo”, and even the incredibly stupid Leskinen scene from a few weeks back gets a nice payoff when Hououin Kyouma manages to out mad-scientist the mad scientist, with a little help from a battle-clad Moeka, who has gone far too long with nothing useful to do. I'm not at all crazy about the ending though, which sees the time machine possibly getting blown up again. To pull out that cliffhanger now after spending weeks trying to come back from the last time Suzuha and Mayuri exploded just feels lazy and anticlimactic. Steins;Gate 0 may have managed to put together at least one more decent episode before the season wraps up for good, but that final shot is just another reminder that this show has been a bumpy ride indeed, and I don't expect that to change in the season's final weeks.

Free! -Dive to the Future- Episode 10 [Review]
By centering on just one character, this episode was the most successful of all Free! -Dive to the Future- so far. Whether you like Makoto or not (and if you like Free!, how could you not?), it's a relief to see the story this week from just one point-of-view. In “The Grab Start of Hope!” Makoto is our avatar and connection to the Free! universe, but he is not a passive one. As Makoto interacts with the people around him, he grows too. After weeks of whipping around from one character to the next every other minute, this steady focus on one person's story and development is a relief.
While the majority of the episode focuses on Makoto, it actually begins with Rin. Visual repetition makes the hand-off go smoothly. While Rin and Sousuke catch up and Rin asks an emotionally-charged question about Sousuke's surgery, a water droplet on a cafe glass is a stand-in for Rin's unseen tears. Almost directly after that, while Makoto and Nao discuss Haru's devastating (though informal) loss against the Swedish powerhouse Albert, a drop of pool water punctuates a heavy moment. It's the first of two effective instances of nonverbal storytelling. The second comes later, when Makoto lets a ladybug take flight off his fingertip, a gesture that only crystallizes for the viewer and Makoto all at once near the end of the episode. The ladybug represents the next generation of swimming talent right as Makoto realizes his purpose: to be the person to guide that talent into their future success.
Makoto and his extremely Dad chic outfit (complete with a purse) continue to be our window to the story throughout, offering a consistent thread to hold onto when the swollen cast of characters gets to be too much. He chats on the phone with Nagisa and Rei, and we learn that Shizuru calls Haru's coach “Grandpa?” (There's no way that guy is older than 45, and yet he somehow has a grandkid in high school. I get that the show is trying to connect its giant cast with lots of family ties, but that one is hard to swallow.) It's fun to see Rei crack a joke with his underclassmen—it's hard to imagine the uptight Rei from season one doing something like that, and it's another one of those moments that shows how everyone is growing up. Another moment comes when Haru takes Makoto's advice and ultimately does what his coach is telling him to do: work on polishing the basics of his technique. In the past, Haru might have gone all emo and inward for a few episodes before deciding to trust the people who care about him. Makoto understands Haru's mindset from a lifetime of friendship, but later he's able to tap into what his young protege Misaki is thinking too. This conclusion is particularly true to Makoto's nurturing character, while also showing his evolution into a more ambitious coach.
We have far more than twelve characters, but after this Makoto-centric episode, I think it might have been cool to focus each one on a different swimmer's perspective. A central focus did wonders for this episode, parting the confusion to add emotional heft while finally making me feel like I saw a character in this show grow as a person for once.

Black Clover - Episode 49 [Review]
Well, now.
I'd be hard pressed to think of a way this Vetto fight could have hit my buttons any harder. It looked like things were wrapping up last week, but it turns out that Vetto let himself get stabbed on purpose as a way to nab Asta's sword, and you know how much I love hearing "one more thing" in my shonen pulp. It turns out there's one more final stretch of the fight, and this week's episode is an immaculately animated climax.
The Black Bulls are at their limits, and Vetto only appears to be growing more and more violent, contorting himself in wild and unnatural ways. Vanessa's still moving Asta around with her thread, but the show is leaning much harder into the exhaustion that our heroes are feeling. Asta's such a doofus that it too easily feels contrived when the other characters pontificate about how inspiring he is, but everything clicks this time around. You've seen these circumstances before, but rarely with this much purity. The "demon" inside Asta's grimoire is summoned, and the show's first opening theme kicks in as an insert song to score the final blow. For a series that so often struggles to feel sincere, this is as good a celebration of the genre you could ask for. It's so close to being Asta's Super Saiyan moment.
And the tables don't turn just enough for the good guys to win, they go so far as to wreck Vetto beyond repair. Asta is "A demon who devours even despair," (I love reminders that Asta's powers are evil, but in a good way) and Yami finally makes his appearance at the end of the battle to one-shot what's left of Vetto. There's a frustrating convenience to when Yami can and can't participate in this arc, but the last scene is so good it's hard to argue. "Consider this my thanks for looking after my squad." What a one-liner.
This is an astonishing finale for the Vetto fight that leaves the audience in awe of what the heroes are capable of. Long, strenuous effort is rewarded with a glorious smackdown. As we're closing out, we get a brief glimpse of Vetto's childhood, his devotion to Licht, and his reason for hating humans. In line with Asta's demonic powers, it does force you to pause and wonder who the real underdogs are. The Black Bulls are scrappy, and that's what makes them pure of heart, but shift the perspective just a little and they become a band of monsters who will crush anything that gets in their way.
For how clunky this arc began, it's turned into something amazing. This is some stellar material. I don't know if the show will ever stop being a punching bag as a messy pantomime of the shonen formula—and it's still really messy—but when it hits, it hits hard. Black Clover pulled out all the stops this week.

Banana Fish - Episode 11 [Review]
If the last few episodes of Banana Fish were a bit much for you, episode 11 acts as a breather. Ash resettles with his gang in New York, he and Eiji get "comfy", and the focus shifts from plot developments to character revelations. Stuff still happens, but it's largely set-up for the next arc. After lots of action and tragedy the past few weeks, it's nice to relax for a bit and watch these boys comfort each other. And if you're along the ride because of the Ash/Eiji relationship—which I'm guessing is most of you—"The Beautiful and the Damned" is a real treat.
For all the seedy fascination its drug plot demands, this show keeps plugging along because of its characters. The heroes are so likable (even when they're doing awful things!), the villains despicable but (at least in Yut Lung's case) fun to watch, and the relationships between all of them so strong. Nowhere is this more obvious than its central pairing, which this episode seems set to explore. First, in a hilarious sequence at the beginning, we see the wildly different way that Ash treats Eiji from everyone else around him. Ash's gang is terrified of his temper, enough to refuse to wake him up from his two-hour nap on time. This surprises Eiji, who is used to the softer side of Ash. The gang members are likewise surprised when Eiji literally slaps Ash awake, and their boss reacts with little more than grumbling and this priceless face. Later, in a conversation between Ibe and Max, Max thinks it's curious that Ash and Eiji have gravitated toward each other when they seem so different. Ibe sees that Eiji has brought out the part of himself that's in Ash. Ash can only really act like a teenager when he's around Eiji.
Ash and Eiji also get some moments alone, where Ash allows himself to be vulnerable with him in a way that he can't with anyone else. He confesses a really silly childhood fear—pumpkins—which gets Eiji howling with laughter, given how incongruous this seems from Ash's hardened attitude toward everything else. It's yet another reminder that Ash is still a kid deep down, even if that only comes out around Eiji. Then there are some more physical moments between them that the show doesn't hesitate to hover over longingly. (For the record, this framing is straight out of the manga.) "Two bros chillin' in the hot tub five feet apart 'cause they're not gay" don't hold each other like this or fall asleep in each other's laps like this. Ash and Eiji may never explicitly state the nature of their feelings, but it's evident through their actions in a way that would never be in doubt if they were a man and a woman. Plus, there's the fact that Eiji gets more than a little excited at the thought of Ash dropping his pants.
Frankly, this central relationship is most of what makes Banana Fish work. The conversations about rape and abuse are better than some others in its subgenre, but I can think of plenty of other anime that handle these elements leagues better. (Granted, most of these have come after Banana Fish, so I can see why it stood out in the 1980s.) The drug plot, violence, and gang elements feel kind of silly and juvenile when you stop to think about them for too long. ("MK Ultra but For Real" sounds like a plot from a creative writing high school class.) It's the character relationships that elevate this show beyond its genre trappings, and Ash and Eiji form the show's beating heart. Their bond transcends even their other friendships and familial-esque relationships in the series. Love and desire don't need kisses or sex scenes to communicate themselves. Ash and Eiji show their love in everything they do. It's obvious if you've watched much romance anime how much the language evokes imagery of devoted couples. Denying the romantic implications makes Banana Fish as a show less interesting to me, and it also makes many of their interactions nonsensical.
I want to come back to the way that Banana Fish discusses rape and abuse, especially in these private conversations about Ash's history and trauma. There have been times when the story's really stretched my suspension of disbelief, as in the revelation about his rapist baseball coach when he was a child. The kind of victim-blaming he receives from the small town really doesn't feel like a believable reaction to an 8-year-old boy being assaulted by an adult man. (When people do take the perpetrator's side in child rape cases, they tend to blame whatever adults they think are "coaching" the kids, not the kid himself.) His homophobic dad's advice to "just take it" feels even more unbelievable. Banana Fish makes a lot more sense when you see it through the lens of its adult female writer and audience, reflecting and processing their female experiences with sexual assault through a male character. This is yet another thing it has in common with other BL genre works and a lot of slash fanfiction in general. There's been much ink spilled about how BL is a way for women to process their feelings about men at a distance, usually in the context of romantic fantasies, but I wonder how much that can be said about women writing about sexual violence against men as well. It's something I've started thinking about over the last few weeks, but I definitely want to explore further in future reviews as I see how Banana Fish further handles this topic.
Regardless, we get to see Ash be vulnerable in Eiji's arms. This makes it all the weirder in the later part of the episode when he transforms back into his precocious, super-hacker, genius mob boss self. At least the spyware is one of the more believable technology updates. (Though it begs the question, if Ash has had spyware on Dino's computer this whole time, why wasn't he aware of some of the mob's other plans? People put everything on computers these days, after all.) The theme of the episode seems to be how Ash can show so many different faces to so many different people. With some, he's the criminal mastermind, steepling his hands Gendo Ikari-style as he walks them through his latest airtight scheme. With Eiji, he's a normal, sad, hurt teenage boy, who can joke and sob and confess silly childish fears like pumpkins. It's the many sides to Ash that make this story so fascinating, giving viewers the hope that he can find a more authentic self underneath all that trauma one day.

Boruto: Naruto Next Generations - Episode 73 [Review]
The mystery surrounding Mitsuki's disappearance grows even more complex as Boruto and Sarada seek answers from their teammate's elusive parent. Upon arriving at Orochimaru's research lab, Boruto is shocked to find two other Mitsuki clones in different stages of development. Despite being bothered by Orochimaru's seeming lack of concern over Mitsuki's disappearance, Boruto tasks him with running some tests on the messenger snake his wayward teammate left behind. When the tests fail to generate any helpful results, Orochimaru suggests having a figure known as the White Snake Sage extract and analyze the snake's thoughts. The next phase of their mission clear, Boruto and Sarada head to Ryuchi Cave (the Sage's home) but are quickly intercepted by Team Moegi, who are intent on bringing them back to the village.
With only minimal progress made on the story front, this week's episode is largely able to get by on its entertaining character interactions. For example, this is the first time Boruto and Orochimaru have met, and although their dynamic is about what you'd expect, it's fascinating nonetheless, with the brash youth having no patience for Orochimaru's enigmatic riddles and poetic turns of phrases. Even though Boruto doesn't appear to think much of Orochimaru, it's clear that his father's former nemesis sees a lot of promise in the lad and thinks he can help Mitsuki mature into a more rounded person. Since the gang is visiting Orochimaru's lab, it's kind of a shame to see Karin and Suigetsu relegated to brief cameos. Sure, Sarada's already met them, but it would've been fun to see them engage in some extended interactions with Boruto. Also a highlight this episode is Naruto's exchange with Konohamaru, which is surprisingly poignant, and it marks one of the few times a character from the previous generation has taken issue with Orochimaru's past misdeeds. While Naruto obviously had his reasons, Konohamaru's frustration at not being told that one of his pupils is the son of his grandfather's killer is palpable.
Boruto and Sarada's determination to bring Mitsuki back into the fold is somewhat reminiscent of Naruto and Sakura's attempts to bring Sasuke back to the Hidden Leaf. Like his old man, Boruto is willing to go up against his peers if it means locating his best friend. Orochimaru even states that Boruto is just like the Naruto of old. While it's highly likely that Boruto and Sarada will eventually convince Team Moegi to aid them in their quest, the prospect of a Team 7/Ino-Shika-Cho face-off is certainly exciting.
Although Boruto and Sarada only come a little closer to tracking down Mitsuki this week, they learn a great deal about their friend's pre-Hidden Leaf life. Despite criticizing Orochimaru's parenting skills, Boruto has a brief about-face when he discovers that he doesn't know nearly as much about his best friend as he likes to think. It's frustrating to see our heroes impeded by obstacle after obstacle—they now have to fight their own friends in order to continue on their journey—but this is hopefully in service of making the forthcoming payoffs feel even more rewarding.

Aniplex began streaming a long trailer on Friday for Natsume Yūjin-Chō: Utsusemi ni Musubu (Natsume's Book of Friends: Tied to the Temporal World), the anime film of Yuki Midorikawa's Natsume's Book of Friends (Natsume Yūjin-Chō) manga. The anime will premiere on September 29 in Japan. The film will feature a returning cast. In addition, Kengo Kora plays Rio Tsumura, a young man whom Natsume meets and befriends. Sumi Shimamoto plays Yori Tsumura, Rio's mother. Ayumu Murase plays Daisuke Yūki, Natsume's schoolmate from elementary school. Viking comedy duo member Eiji Kotōge plays Monmonbō, a yōkai who has come to take its name back from Natsume. Viking comedy duo member Mizuki Nishimura plays Roppon-ude, a six-armed yōkai who aims to take Natsume's book.

Midorikawa is supervising the film's original story. Animation studio Shuka is returning from the television anime's fifth and sixth seasons to animate the film. Takahiro Ōmori is again serving as chief director, but Hideki Ito is the new director. Sadayuki Murai is again handling series composition, Tatsuo Yamada is returning for yōkai design, and Makoto Yoshimori is again composing the music.
The anime seasons and Midorikawa's original manga revolve around Natsume, a boy who has been able to see yōkai since he was little. Unfortunately, humans shun him, and there is not much fondness between him and yōkai either. One day, he inherits a Yūjin-Chō ("Book of Friends") from his grandmother. The book is actually full of contracts that his grandmother made to trap yōkai. As one yōkai after another shows up, Natsume tries to release or help them — even while many of them seek vengeance on him.
Natsume Yūjin-Chō Roku, the sixth anime season, aired for 11 episodes starting in April 2017. Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired. The anime's fourth and fifth home video releases bundled two new original video anime (OVA) episodes in September and October. Crunchyroll is streaming both OVAs.
Crunchyroll is also streaming the previous five seasons of the anime. Viz Media is releasing Midorikawa's original manga in English.

Short TV Anime 'Okoshiyasu, Chitose-chan' Announces Cast and Additional Staff Members
The official website for the previously announced Okoshiyasu, Chitose-chan has announced cast and additional staff members. Kouji Yusa (ACCA: 13-ku Kansatsu-ka) and Kotori Koiwai (Non Non Biyori series), who are from Kyoto, are voicing multiple characters in this short anime while actor Shinichi Tsutsumi (Gintama 2nd live-action movie) will be doing his first anime narration. The ending theme song will be "Nakuko mo Warau" by Nyanzonu Deshi. The anime will broadcast on Saturdays 1:35 a.m. via Tokyo MX and KBS Kyoto starting October 6.

Manga 'Gintama' to Continue After Final Chapter
This year's 42nd issue of Weekly Shounen Jump magazine, which has final chapter of Gintama manga released, has announced that Gintama manga will continue via Jump GIGA magazine starting on the December release of the magazine.
Hideaki Sorachi serialized the manga series since December 2003 on Weekly Shounen Jump magazine. It was previously announced that the manga series would end. The latest anime series started broadcasting in July 9. The second live-action movie has premiered in Japanese theater in August 17.

Gintama Manga Moves to Jump Giga Magazine
This year's 42nd issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine revealed on Saturday that Hideaki Sorachi's Gintama manga will end its serialization in the magazine as previously announced, but that it will continue on in Shueisha's Jump Giga magazine starting in its winter issue for "a little while longer."
Sorachi explained that he had actually been planning to end the manga for some time. He noted that Weekly Shonen Jump has a system where an author informs the editorial department that the author wants to end the manga about half a year before the ending, and then works toward that ending with the remaining time. But Sorachi said that he had been delaying the end for a while, before declaring that he would make it to the ending by August. However, Sorachi then explained that he needed a bigger page count to reach the ending, and that the page count for the weekly magazine was not enough. In the end, he apologized to the readers who "just skim over Jump," and for not ending the manga in the magazine.
Sorachi began the manga in 2004, and the manga has more than 55 million copies in print in Japan as of February. Viz Media published the first 23 volumes in English. Shueisha published the manga's 74th volume (seen right) on August 3.
The manga entered the "Silver Soul" arc, its final arc, in July 2016.
The current anime began in October 2017 with the "Porori Arc," before it entered the "Silver Soul" arc in January. The anime began a hiatus in March but returned in July for the "climax" of the arc. Crunchyroll is streaming the anime as it airs in Japan.
The manga also inspired two anime films, including the "final" Gekijōban Gintama Kanketsu-hen: Yorozuya yo Eien Nare film that opened in 2013, and various OVAs and event anime.
The manga also inspired a live-action film that opened in Japan in July 2017. The film also received a sequel that opened on August 17 in Japan. Each of two live-action films also received a live-action net spinoff series. The first film screened in the United States and Canada in January prior to a March 6 home video release from Well Go USA.

Black Clover: Quartet Knights Game's English Launch Trailer Streamed
Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe began streaming an English launch trailer on Friday for the Black Clover: Quartet Knights game. The video highlights the game's playable characters.
The end of the Japanese launch trailer also features a preview of the game's first DLC with a "summer festival" theme (starts at 3:11 in below video).
The game launched in the Americas and Europe for PlayStation 4 and PC via Steam on Friday. The game launched in Japan for the PlayStation 4 on Thursday. People who pre-order the game in Japan will receive a download code adding young Yami as a playable character, and a "Black Asta" skin.
The game's playable characters include Asta, Yuno, Noelle Silva, Mimosa Vermillion, Gauche Adlai, Magna Swing, Luck Voltia, Yami Sukehiro, young Yami Sukehiro, Vanessa Enoteca, Charmy Pappitson, Klaus Lunette, Mars, Fana, Vetto, and Licht. The game will also feature an original female character named Karna.
The third-person magic shooting game allows for four-vs.-four matches, and players can make their own teams to participate in cooperative battles and face off against rivals. Da-iCE is performing the game's theme song "Limits."
Yūki Tabata launched the original manga in Weekly Shonen Jump in February 2015, and the manga has more than 4.8 million copies in print. Viz Media is publishing the series digitally and in print in North America.
The television anime adaptation premiered in Japan last October, and Crunchyroll is streaming the series in Japanese with English subtitles. Funimation began streaming the show's English dub last October. The anime will continue on past its originally planned 51 episodes. The show debuted on Adult Swim's Toonami programming block last December.

CNBC خبر داده که DJ Koh مدیرعامل سامسونگ به این موضوع اشاره کرده که این دستگاه احتمالا در نوامبر در کنفرانس توسعهدهندگان رونمایی خواهد شد، ولی روشن نیست که آیا مصرفکنندگان عملا در سال جاری میلادی قادر به خرید این گوشی تاشو خواهند بود یا نه.

حذف برخی اپلیکیشنها از اپ استور
ایتنا - اپلیکیشنهایی که تاریخچه مرورگر و اطلاعات رایانه کاربران را جمع آوری میکنند، از اپ استور حذف شدند.
چندین اپلیکیشن توسعهیافته توسط Trend Micro پس از اینکه مشخص شد که تاریخچه مرورگر و اطلاعات رایانه کاربران را جمع آوری میکنند، از فروشگاه اپل ( Mac App Store ) حذف شدند.
به گزارش ایتنا از مهر، این برنامهها Dr. Antivirus ، Dr. Cleaner و Dr. Unarchiver نام دارند که همگی تحت حساب کاربری Trend Micro توسعهیافتهاند. قبل از اینکه این برنامهها از فروشگاه اپل حذف شوند، جزو پرفروشترین برنامهها بودند.
اولین گزارشی که به صورت عمومی در زمینه فعالیتهای مخفیانه محصولات Trend Micro در فروشگاه اپل منتشر شد، در اواخر سال ۲۰۱۷ توسط کاربری با نام PeterNopSled ارائه شد.
یک پژوهشگر امنیتی تحت نام کاربری Privacy_۱st با انتشار ویدئویی نشان داد که برنامههای Dr. Cleaner و Dr. Antivirus تاریخچه مرورگرهای Safari، Chrome و Firefox را به همراه برخی اطلاعات سیستمی، جمعآوری میکند. از سویی دیگر یک توسعهدهنده iOS نیز جمعآوری دادههای کاربر توسط اپلیکیشن دیگری با نام Dr. Unarchiver را کشف کرد.
کاربر Privacy_۱st پس از بررسی این سه برنامه متوجه شد که در آنها کدهایی برای استخراج اطلاعات کاربر قرار داده شده است. این پژوهشگر اعلام کرده که شماره سریال و نسخه سیستم عامل نیز بخشی از اطلاعات استخراج شده است.
مقصد نهایی اطلاعات استخراج شده، طبق گفته Privacy_۱st، دامنه trendmicro.com است.
هنگام بررسی رفتار این برنامهها، یک فایل JSON حاوی کدهای مختلف نیز مشاهده شده که به نظر میرسد برای دریافت دستورات از دامنه منبع است. برنامههای دیگری نیز با این تکنیک اطلاعات کاربران را به یک سرور خارجی بارگذاری میکردند.
برنامههای Adware Doctor و Komros Adware Cleaner (از توسعهدهنده یکسان)، Open Any Files و Adblock Master نیز جزو این برنامهها هستند.
پس از مطلع شدن اپل از این امر، برنامههای یاد شده از فروشگاه اپل حذف شدند. با این حال Trend Micro اعلام کرده است که هیچ سرقتی از دادههای کاربران صورت نگرفته و تنها به منظور مقاصد امنیتی برخی از دادهها، آنهم فقط یکبار، جمعآوری شدهاند.

کارشناسان و متخصصان فعال در حوزه فناوری و رایانه به این دسته از کاربران شبکه اجتماعی اینستاگرام پیشنهاد کردهاند که درصورت تجربه و مواجهه با چنین مشکلی، باید در وهله نخست، چند ساعت صبر کرده و گوشی خود را یک بار خاموش و روشن (Restart) کنند و سپس وارد اپلیکیشن اینستاگرام شوند. اگر باز هم مشکل مذکور وجود داشت، سپس میتوانند دو کار انجام دهند: یکی آنکه اپلیکیشن اینستاگرام خود را حذف کرده و باری دیگر به دانلود و نصب آن اقدام کنند.
یکی دیگر آنکه کاربر با مراجعه به قسمت تنظیمات گوشی هوشمند خود، به بخش اپلیکیشنها رفته و با یافتن برنامه اینستاگرام، برروی آن کلیک کرده و در قسمت حافظه (storage) آن به حذف حافظه نهانی این شبکه اجتماعی ( Clear Cache) اقدام کنند.
به باور آنها، این مشکل معمولا در مواقعی پیش میآید که مدت زمان زیادی از استفاده آنها از اینستاگرام و همچنین دانلود حجم زیادی از فایل و اطلاعات اضافی و ناخواسته گذشته است و حافظه نهانی (cache) مربوط به اینستاگرام در گوشی پر شده است.
البته کاربران حتما به این مساله توجه ویژه داشته باشند که قبل از پاک کردن اپلیکیشن اینستاگرام یا حذف حافظه پنهانی، گذرواژه و آدرس کاربری خود را در اینستاگرام به یاد داشته باشند چراکه بعد از انجام این اقدامات، اینستاگرام از تمامی اکانتهای فعال و باز کاربران خارج میشود و آنها دوباره باید با ورود و تایپ نام کاربری و گذرواژه، باری دیگر وارد حساب کاربری خود شوند.
اینستاگرام یکی از محبوبترین شبکههای اجتماعی در میان کاربران فضای مجازی به شمار میرود که در این میان، نسل جوان و نوجوان از آن استقبال بیشتری نسبت به سایر ردههای سنی کردهاند.

استفاده از آیفون دوسیمکارته محدود به 10 کشور است
ایتنا - قابلیت دو سیمکارته بودن گوشیهای آیفون ۱۰ اس و آیفون ۱۰ اس مکس تنها در ۱۰ کشور پشتیبانی میشود.
اپل چند روز پیش در جریان رویدادی از محصولات جدیدش از جمله آیفونهای جدید مدل ۲۰۱۸ رونمایی کرد و طبق پیشبینیهای انجام شده، دو مدل پرچمدار اپل یعنی آیفونهای ۱۰ اس و ۱۰ اس مکس از قابلیت دو سیمکارته بودن بهره میبرند.
به گزارش ایتنا از ایسنا، گزارشهای زیادی در فضای مجازی منتشر شده که نشان میدهد این دو مدل آیفون با بهرهگیری از قابلیت دو سیمکارته از نوع ای سیم (eSIM) تنها در ۹ کشور پشتیبانی خواهد شد.
البته شنیدهها حاکی است که نسخه مخصوص بازار چین از این دو مدل گوشی آیفون همانند سایر گوشیهای دو سیمکارته معمولی است اما در نسخه سایر کشورها بهنظر میرسد که از یک سیمکارت فیزیکی و یک ای سیم (eSIM) بهره خواهد گرفت. استفاده از سیمکارت ای سیم مستلزم پشتیبانی اپراتورها از این نوع سیمکارت است که در حال حاضر تنها در ۹ کشور جهان امکانات و زیرساختهای لازم آن وجود دارد.
هماکنون کشورهایی که از این قابلیت سیمکارتهای ایسیم پشتیبانی میکنند، شامل اتریش، کانادا، کرواسی، جمهوری چک، آلمان، مجارستان، هند، اسپانیا، انگلیس و ایالات متحده آمریکا میشوند و به نظر میرسد که تنها کاربران ساکن در کشورهای مذکور قادر خواهند بود از این نسخههای دو سیمکارته گوشیهای آیفون ۲۰۱۸ بهرهمند شوند.
البته این نخستین باری نیست که اپل از سیمکارتهای ایسیم در محصولاتش استفاده میکند، بلکه تاکنون از آن در ساعتهای هوشمند اپل واچ سری ۳ و سری ۴ نیز استفاده کرده و گوگل نیز در گوشیهای پیکسل ۲ در آمریکا بهره برده بود.
واژه ایسیم به معنای یک سیمکارت یکپارچه با گوشی هوشمند است و این بدان معناست که دیگر سیمکارت فیزیکی قابل خروج از گوشی هوشمند نخواهد بود و اپراتور مربوطه باید از آن پشتیبانی کند.
علاقمندان به خریداری گوشیهای آیفون ۱۰ اس و ۱۰ اس مکس که میخواهند دو شماره تماس فعال در گوشی خود داشته باشند، باید علاوه بر حصول اطمینان از پشتیبانی اپراتور مربوطه از فناوری ایسیم در کشور محل سکونت خود، به این نکته نیز توجه کنند که سیمکارت دوم باید ایسیم باشد.
