لااقل من به عنوان وبلاگ، قبولشون ندارم.
برای بار پنجم اینجا شروع میکنم. ببینم چند وقت دوام میاره.
گوگل که انگاری زیادی درگیر کپی-رایت شده!
تازه اکانتم رو هم مسدود کرده.
پس فایده نداره بخوام یه اکانت جدید بسازم برای گوگل و بلاگر.
وردپرس هم یه خورده مشکل داره.
متنهای فارسی رو نمیتونه راست به چپ نشون بده.
البته توی ادیتور درست است ها، ولی وقتی منتشر میشه تنظیمات به هم میخوره.
ویکس هم همین طور. تازه این خیلی کار کردن باهاش سخته. هر چند معروفتر از وردپرس است از نظر بخش وبلاگ.
بقیهی سرویس دهندههای فارسی رو هم فکر نکنم بخوام امتحان کنم.

ادیت هم نداشتم، یعنی خیلی وقته که میزکارها خبری نیست، برای همین چپتری برای تایپ نداشتم.

Classic Steak Marinade
Classic Steak Marinade
A high-quality steak doesn't need any help. A not-so-great steak, on the other hand, can definitely benefit from a good marinade.
If you are grilling a steak, particularly leaner cuts like flat-iron, skirt, or flank steak, then it is wise to marinate them first.
This steak marinade recipe is considered a wet marinade (versus a dry rub) and provides just enough acid to help tenderize 1 1/2 pounds of steak but also infuses the outer layer with delicious flavor. If you will be grilling more than 1 1/2 pounds of meat, simply double, triple, or quadruple the marinade ingredients.
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup olive oil (or avocado oil)
1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
2 teaspoons fresh oregano (finely chopped)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme (finely chopped)
1/4 teaspoon onion powder (or granulated onion)
1 to 2 cloves garlic (minced)
Gather the ingredients.
Place red-wine vinegar and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and whisk together.
Slowly drizzle in olive oil or avocado oil, whisking constantly, until well combined.
Add sea salt, oregano, pepper, thyme, onion powder, and minced garlic, and stir until well combined. Let the mixture stand at room temperature for 5 minutes or so before using.
Place steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the top, massaging it into the meat and making sure all surfaces are coated well.
Seal the bag, put it on a rimmed pan to catch any escaping juices or in a shallow bowl and place in the refrigerator for about 2 1/2 hours. Marinating time for beef depends on the cut and thickness. Consult this marinating beef chart to get the right time for your steak.
Once the meat is marinated, it's time to grill according to your preferred method.
This marinade can be made ahead of time and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days.
Tip
After removing the meat from the marinade, the leftover marinade can be discarded or used as a sauce by boiling it for at least 15 to 20 minutes.
Recipe Variations
Balsamic vinegar can be used in place of the red wine vinegar, and teriyaki sauce instead of Worcestershire sauce.
Lemon, orange, or lime zest can be added for brightness, and whole black, red, or pink peppercorns can be used in place of ground black pepper.
The herbs can be adjusted according to your palate. For a Mexican flavor, try using adobo instead of Worcestershire, cilantro in place of fresh thyme, and adding a few sliced jalapeños.
What Does a Marinade Do?
The primary purpose of a marinade is to infuse meat, fish, or vegetables with flavor. A side benefit is that the acid in a marinade (usually vinegar, lemon juice, or wine) helps to break down the tough connective tissue of some cuts of meat to make it tender.
Because marinades contain an acid, marinating should always be done in a glass, ceramic, stainless steel, or plastic container—never in aluminum because it will react with this metal and render an off taste to the food.
Always cover the container with plastic wrap or a lid and marinate in the refrigerator.
Difference Between a Wet Marinade and a Dry Rub
When it comes right down to it, a wet marinade imparts flavor and tenderness, while a dry rub just helps flavor a cut of meat.

سلام.
تصمیم گرفتم تا اطلاع ثانوی همین جا بمونم.
فیلتر هم که نیست. دسترسی راحت.
البته تست کردم، انگاری با فیلترشکن و اینا نمیشه دید صفحات رو.
اومدم لینک دوستان رو درست کنم، بعد دیدم هیچی یادم نیست.
الان هم کدهای وبلاگ دم دست نیست که آدرس ها داخلش بود.
بعدا باید این موارد رو درست کنم.
کاری به آرشیو ندارم دیگه

The official website of the Maou-jou de Oyasumi (Sleepy Princess in the Demon Castle) television anime revealed 11 supporting characters on Thursday. The anime series is scheduled to premiere on TV Tokyo, BS TV Tokyo, and AT-X this October.

The anime series is being directed by Mitsue Yamazaki (Tada-kun wa Koi wo Shinai) at Doga Kobo. Yoshiko Nakamura (Shounen Maid) is in charge of the series composition, and Ai Kikuchi (New Game) is designing the characters.
Maou-jou de Oyasumi adapts Kagiji Kumanomata's comedy fantasy manga, which began serialization in Weekly Shounen Sunday in May 2016. Shogakukan published the 15th volume on July 17.

The prison rumble continues. Armadillo man is upset about Hyogoro downing his good buddy alpaca man and whips out two pistols to start blasting. Luffy jumps in to scoop up the elder and dispatch the armadillo man with a massive punch. Hyogoro informs Luffy that what he calls haki is known as ryuo here in Wano. Luffy continues to put the beat down on more goons and practice with his haki as Hyogoro offers advice, but he finds himself frustrated at a lack of progress.
Back in Ebisu, Yasu is going around making quite the impression on everyone. He mentions Kinemon in relation to the rebellion, leaving Shinobu and Kanjuro shocked. Even though the villains know about the tattoo and the plan, Yasu tries to remain upbeat that more will join their cause regardless. He then sets out about town tending to the sick, providing food for the hungry, and checking in on the elderly. When the Straw Hats press Shinobu and Kanjuro to reveal who exactly Yasu is, they admit they don't know and were afraid to be rude and ask him. Usopp and Nami ask an elderly woman in the village who reveals that Toko is his daughter and she sends him money from the capital. He in turn spreads as much as he can to others in the community and eats very little for himself. We also get a brief moment of Toko dreaming of her father giving her a piggyback ride while she sleeps next to Zoro.
Back in the prison pit, Luffy is frustrated by his lack of progress. He has fought until nightfall and while he has won every encounter he doesn't feel that his haki is up to snuff yet. He and Hyogoro are surrounded by guards watching them, but when Hyogoro asks why he's so consumed with beating Kaido the future king of the pirates knocks out the guards with a quick haki burst. He explains his ambitions to be king just as Raizo arrives… inside Caribou's cloak?! It turns out Raizo had the keys to Caribou's cuffs and freed him.
Caribou grovels at Luffy's feet to join his crew. Luffy agrees so long as Caribou has really changed, which surprises everyone (Caribou most of all). Hyogoro pledges himself to Luffy as well and Raizo reveals that Hyogoro was a big yakuza boss back in the day. Hyogoro mentions that there are four other identical prison pits full of people jailed for treason against Orochi. Luffy deduces that if they free them, the prisoners will probably join their fight. Excited at this new plan, they steal a big pot of red bean soup and dig in.
Meanwhile, the Big Mom and Chopper gator-riding crew are getting closer to the prison. Charlotte Linlin is starving and can't wait to have delicious red bean soup. Kiku speaks kindly to her as they travel, but Chopper is terrified that Big Mom will turn on them at any moment – as is the reptile they're riding who is worried Big Mom might start gnawing any second. We get a final shot of Luffy licking his face clean of soup before the To Be Continued card flashes and draws the ep to a close.
Another phenomenal episode of Wano. This episode had a great mix of emotional beats and dynamic combats, with a hint of what's to come tacked on at the end. Yasu is such a fascinating character and watching his earnest attempts at helping others through the difficulties of Orochi's rule is very heartwarming. A good chunk of screen time is spent lingering on Yasu speaking with the elderly, feeding the hungry, lifting newborn babies, and it all does a great job of investing the audience in him as a character. With someone like Orochi stomping around doing all the most evil things all the time and creating nothing but anguish for the people of Wano, it's nice to have the counter-balance of Yasu providing a glimmer of hope through uncertain times.
The visual fidelity was once again outrageously good. The scenes of Luffy and Hyogoro leaping around using haki were all visceral and paced very well, with plenty of jaw dropping environmental destruction and kinetic dashing through the prison arena. The absolute show-stopper of a punch Luffy delivered to armadillo man was beyond excellent. That ripple of flesh rolling across his face like a shockwave was superb, I felt that one in my bones.
I also wanted to make particular note of a few highlights. At one point Hyogoro is recounting prior events and giving a bit of exposition for the audience. During the scene he kneels down and the events are “projected” behind him like a literal projector is just off-screen, complete with his shadow outlined against the film reel. It's a really brilliant flourish to spice up a somewhat standard flashback, and ties in very well with Hyogoro being an older character. Having this sort of classic film-style display for an aged veteran of sorts helps underscore how much older he is and being from a bygone era, as well as tapping into the chanbara/classic film vibe that Wano has going for it.
Lastly, Ikue Ōtani had me rolling this episode. When Chopper does this little scream/squeal as Big Mom is looming over him, she has this truly hilarious deliver that has an almost chirp-like quality. Just hearing her do that improved my day tenfold.

Gintama: The Final Anime Film Is Based on Manga's Finale
The official website for Gintama The Final, the new anime film of Hideaki Sorachi's Gintama manga, unveiled a new visual for the film on Thursday. Sorachi drew the visual for the film, with 34 characters and a tagline that reads "Bye bye, Gin-san." The site also confirmed that the film will be based on the finale of the original manga, combined with new story elements.
The film will open in Japan on January 8, 2021, and is billed as "the finale, for real this time."
The manga is also inspiring a new net anime special with a story that will tie into the film. It will premiere exclusively in Japan on the online dTV service in "early 2021."
Sorachi's original "science-fiction period-drama comedy" manga began in 2003 and ended in June 2019 with over 55 million copies in circulation. It has inspired several television anime series and 367 total episodes. The latest anime series premiered in July 2018.

New 'Higurashi no Naku Koro ni' TV Anime Unveils Supporting Cast, Staff
The official website of the new Higurashi no Naku Koro ni (Higurashi: When They Cry - New) television anime unveiled supporting cast, staff, the first key visual (pictured), and a second promotional video on Friday. The four additional cast members are also returning from the original anime series.
The first 13 episodes will air on Thursdays at 11:30 p.m. on Tokyo MX and BS11 beginning October 1, followed by Sun TV. The latter episodes will air on Fridays at 12:30 a.m. on the same channels beginning January 8. Hikari TV and d Anime Store will also stream the new anime. The anime was originally scheduled for Summer 2020, but was delayed due to the effects of COVID-19.

Keiichirou Kawaguchi (SKET Dance) is directing the new anime at Passione, featuring character designs by Akio Watanabe (Bakemonogatari). The lead voice cast are reprising their roles from the original 2006 anime.
Studio Deen produced the first television anime in Spring 2006, which was followed by a 24-episode sequel in Summer 2007. The five-episode Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Rei (When They Cry: Rei) original video anime ran between February and August 2009.
07th Expansion released the first chapter of the psychological horror visual novel, Onikakushi-hen (Demoned Away Chapter), in August 2002. The eighth and final chapter in the original series, Matsuribayashi-hen (Festival Accompanying Chapter), was published in August 2006. Three extra chapters were released in a fandisc in December that year. The latest installment in the franchise, Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Hou (When They Cry: Gift), was published in August 2014.
