Crimson Hero's Mitsuba Takanashi Launches Otome Tsubaki wa Warawanai Manga
This year's November issue of Shueisha's Cocohana magazine revealed on Friday that Mitsuba Takanashi will launch a new manga titled Otome Tsubaki wa Warawanai (The Woman Tsubaki Doesn't Laugh) in the magazine's December issue on October 26. The manga will feature on the December issue's front cover, and the first chapter will have 50 pages and an opening color page.
The manga centers on Tsubaki Kanno, a 25-year-old straightforward woman who works at a stationery shop.
Takanashi launched the Sumika Sumire manga in August 2013Cocohana, and ended the series in its 11th volume, which shipped on June 25. The manga inspired an eight-episode live-action television adaptation that premiered in February 2016.
Takanashi ended her Crimson Hero manga in 2008, and Viz Media published the manga as one of the four launch titles in the Shojo Beat magazine in 2005 in North America. DC Comics' shuttered CMX Manga imprint also published Takanashi's The Devil Does Exist manga.

100 Sleeping Princes and the Kingdom of Dreams Gets 2nd Stage Play Next Year
The official website for the stage play adaptation of GCREST's Yume Ōkoku to Nemureru 100-Nin no Ōji-sama (100 Sleeping Princes and the Kingdom of Dreams) smartphone game announced a second stage play last week. The new show will have performances in January and February 2019.
The first stage play, Butai Yume Ōkoku to Nemureru 100-Nin no Ōji-sama Prince Theater, ran from July 21 to July 25 at the AiiA 2.5 Theater Tokyo. The play featured an original story with 13 princes from the Country of Gems, Country of Wonder, and Country of Snow. The play will get a Blu-ray Disc and DVD release on January 26.

The game, which launched on Android and iOS devices in 2015, has the theme of romance with a prince "whom every woman dreams of." The game lets players experience love with over 100 princes who live in the Kingdom of Dreams. Players solve puzzles to wake up the princes from their deep slumber.
The game already inspired a series of 10 web anime shorts last year, and the television anime, 100 Sleeping Princes and the Kingdom of Dreams: The Animation, premiered in July. A manga adaptation launched in April.

Chūgaku Sei Nikki Live-Action Series Posts Prequel 'Spinoff Movie'
The official website for the live-action series adaptation of Junko Kawakami's Chūgaku Sei Nikki (Middle School Hijiri Diary) manga began streaming a short "spinoff movie" for the series on Tuesday. The short, seen below, centers on Akira Kuroiwa (Kenshi Okada) and his group of friends in middle school before Akira meets Hijiri in the main story.

Award-winning 20-year-old director Kana Matsumoto directed the short. The short also features the series' theme song "Prologue" by Uru. The cast includes Kenshi Okada as Akira Kuroiwa, Rina Ono as Runa Iwasaki, Jiei Wakabayashi as Junichirō Kokonoe, and Marin Nishimoto as Atsuki Shiraishi.

Kenshi Okada (seen below) plays the male lead character Akira Kuroiwa, a student who is in love with Hijiri, his homeroom teacher. He is a mysterious but pure boy who acts on his feelings despite knowing that Hijiri is engaged. The role is Okada's debut role.
Rina Ono (seen below) plays Runa Iwasaki, a student of Hijiri, and an old friend of Akira. She has a wholehearted crush on Akira and sees Hijiri as an enemy.
Ayuko Tsukahara, Kentarō Takemura, and Toshio Tsuboi are directing the series. Arisa Kaneko is penning the script. The series will premiere on TBS on October 9 at 10:00 p.m.
The manga is a love story between Akira Kuroiwa, a 14-year-old boy who knows nothing of love, and Hijiri Suenaga, his new 25-year-old homeroom teacher. One fated summer, Akira begins to realize he has feelings for Hijiri, but Hijiri has a long distance fiance. The story follows the pair over the course of several years.
Kawakami (It's your world, Galaxy Girl, Panda Boy) launched the manga in June 2013, although the first volume did not ship until July 2016. The fourth volume shipped on July 19. The manga won the seventh anan Manga Awards in 2016.

Alita: Battle Angel Film Pushed Back Again to February 14
The Hollywood Reporter reported on Friday that 20th Century Fox has pushed back its release date for Alita: Battle Angel, James Cameron and Robert Rodriguez's live-action film of Yukito Kishiro's Battle Angel Alita (GUNNM) manga. The film was scheduled for a wide release on December 21, 2018 after an earlier delay from July 20. It is now scheduled for February 14, 2019.
The film will star Rosa Salazar (Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials, The Divergent Series: Insurgent, Man Seeking Woman) in motion capture as Alita. Robert Rodriguez (El Mariachi, Once Upon a Time in Mexico, Sin City, Spy Kids) is directing the film. James Cameron and his Lightstorm Entertainment partner Jon Landau are producing the project, and Shutter Island's Laeta Kalogridis penned a script.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Rodriguez said that the film is a self-contained story but "it tunes up a world and a character that could go on and on." Cameron originally planned for a film trilogy.
The film will get an IMAX release.

Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Hou Game Heads to PS4 in 2019
Entergram revealed on Friday that Ryukishi07's Higurashi: When They Cry Hou (Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Hou) game will ship for PlayStation 4 in Japan on January 24. The release will be available in physical and digital copies, as well as a limited edition.
Zakuro Motoki, sound director for 07th Expansion works, said on Twitter on Tuesday that the game would get a PS4 release. Amazon Japan also began listing the game for release on PS4 in 2019.
For the PS4 release, the regular physical version will cost 7,980 yen (about US$70), the digital version will cost 6,980 yen (about US$62), and the limited edition will cost 9,980 yen (about US$88). Similar to the Nintendo Switch version, the limited-edition release will bundle a drama CD and visual book. All versions will again include 19 scenarios from Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Sui, as well as three new scenarios.
The game launched for Nintendo Switch in Japan on July 26.
07th Expansion launched the first chapter of the Higurashi no Naku Koro ni visual novel software in 2002 at Comiket. The story revolves around murders that coincide with an annual festival in a quiet rural village. The software inspired two television anime series, several video anime projects, a live-action television series, two live-action films, and manga adaptations by several artists.

Ryūkishi07 and 07th Expansion released Higurashi: When They Cry Hou for PC in Japan in 2014 as a "thank you" to series fans (the kanji used for Hō is used in the word Hōnō, "dedication"). The game includes the previously unreleased work "Hinamizawa Teiryūjo" (Hinamizawa Bus Stop) that was a precursor to the Higurashi no Naku Koro ni series, the Higurashi Outbreak original story, and the Higurashi Outbreak: Kamikanshi-hen sequel.
MangaGamer released the original visual novel in 2009, and has been releasing Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Hou as 14 individual chapters. The company released the Higurashi: When They Cry Hou - Ch 6 Tsumihoroboshi visual novel on Steam on June 14.

Funimation to Stream Final Fairy Tail Anime
FUNimation Entertainment announced on Friday that it will stream the "final series" of the television anime adaptation of Hiro Mashima's Fairy Tail manga this fall. The series is listed on Funimation's simuldub lineup, but Funimation did not confirm whether it will offer an English-subtitled version as it has for previous seasons.
The anime will premiere on October 7, and new episodes will debut on TV Tokyo, TV Osaka, TV Aichi, TV Hokkaido, TV Setouchi, and TV Q Kyuushuu on Sundays at 7:00 a.m.
The main staff are all returning from the second and most recent television anime. Shinji Ishihira is directing at A-1 Pictures and Bridge, Masashi Sogo is handling series composition, and Shinji Takeuchi and Toshihiko Sano are designing the characters. Shoji Hata is the sound designer and Yasuharu Takanashi is composing the music. With the exception of the second animation studio and the character designers, the main staff is also the same as the first anime.
Mashima's Fairy Tail manga series follows the adventures of world's most notorious mage guild, Fairy Tail. The manga launched in 2006 and ended last July.

Dead or Alive 6 Gets Arcade Edition
The official website for Team Ninja's Dead or Alive 6 fighting game announced on Friday that the game will get an arcade version. Sega will distribute the game via its "ALL.Net P-ras MULTI version 3" service, which allows for digital distribution of games to arcade systems throughout Japan.
The company has not yet announced a release window for the arcade version.
Dead or Alive 6 will launch for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam on February 15, 2019.

killer7 Game's PC Version Video Highlights 4 Playable Characters
NIS America began streaming a new video for its PC release of Suda51 (Gōichi Suda) and Grasshopper Manufacture's killer7 game on Friday. The video highlights four of the playable characters: the Wrestler, the Thief, Barefoot, and the Punk. A previous video highlighted Garcian, Dan, and Kevin.
NIS America will release the game for the PC via Steam this fall. The release will feature audio in English and text in English, Japanese, French, and German.
NIS America describes the story:
Dive into a dark world of underground assassins in a tale of revenge as Harman Smith, a man who manifests 7 deadly personalities into the real world, known as the killer7. Take control of this distinct murderers' row as they hunt down the sinister Kun Lan, to stop his plan of world dominance, and end his organization of deadly suicide bombers known as "Heaven Smile."
Suda51 and directors Hiroyuki Kobayashi and Shinji Mikami worked on the game, which Grasshopper Manufacture developed and CAPCOM published on GameCube and PlayStation 2 in 2005.
Grasshoper Manufacture is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. The studio plans to release Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes for Nintendo Switch this year.

M&C! Licenses He is My Boss, Easy But Complicated Love Manga
Indonesian publisher M&C! announced on September 21 that it has licensed Mimi Tajima's He is My Boss (Watashi no Jōshi), Chia Teshima's Easy But Complicated Love (Kantan dakedo, Mendokusai), and Shiori Machida's Flower of Wishes - Forever in Love With You (Negai Hana - Kimi to Isshun de Isshō no Koi o Shita) manga. The company will begin releasing all three manga on October 10.
M&C! describes He is My Boss:
Megumi finally got a job at her dream toy company. To top it off, she was assigned to the company division responsible for the "Nonki Neco" character, her favorite character brand. She could not have been more excited to go to work. Despite this, on her first day of work, she meets a man who lies to her on the elevator, causing her to get off on the wrong floor and be late for work! It's only later that she finds out that the man is her boss, who has a reputation within the company for being a terror off a boss.
Tajima launched the manga in Shueisha's Cocohana magazine in March 2015. Shueisha published the manga's eighth and final compiled book volume on April 25.

Teshima launched the manga in Shogakukan's Betsucomi magazine in July 2017, and ended it in the same year. Shogakukan published the manga's one compiled book volume last November. The volume also contains two other short stories by Teshima titled "Koigokoro Graph" (Graph of a Heart in Love) and "Kawaii, dake ja Tarinai no" (It's Not Enough to be Cute).

Live-Action The Anthem of the Heart Film Screens in Hong Kong
Hong Kong film distributor Edko Films announced on Wednesday that it will hold two screenings of the live-action film based on The Anthem of the Heart (Kokosake or Kokoro ga Sakebitagatterun Da.) anime film in Hong Kong on Saturday (September 29), and on October 10.
The film opened in Japan in July 2017. The film ranked at #9 in its opening weekend in Japan.
Naoto Kumazawa (live-action Kimi ni Todoke, Kin Kyori Renai) directed the film. The movie filmed in Chichibu, where the story is set.

Live-Action Saint Young Men Net Series Debuts on October 18
The official website for the live-action adaptation of Hikaru Nakamura's Saint Young Men (Saint Oniisan) manga revealed on Saturday that the show will premiere on Kakao Japan's new Piccoma TV streaming service on October 18. The show will have 10 episodes, including one original episode. A special screening with staff and cast in attendance will be held at TOHO CINEMAS Roppongi Hills on October 18.
The show will also have a special two-week limited screening in more than 40 AEON theaters in Japan starting on October 12.
Ken'ichi Matsuyama (live-action Death Note, Gantz) will play Jesus and Shōta Sometani (live-action Parasyte, Bakuman.) will play Buddha. Additionally, Jiro Sato (live-action Death Note, Gintama) will play a doctor, and Umi Yamano (live-action Aoi Honō, The Disastrous Life of Saiki K.) will play the landlady of the apartments where Jesus and Buddha live together.
Actor Takayuki Yamada is producing, and Yūichi Fukuda (live-action Gintama, The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. films) is directing the project and penning the script.
Nakamura launched the manga in Morning two in 2006, and Kodansha shipped the manga's 15th compiled volume on June 22. The manga imagines if Buddha and Jesus shared a low-rent Tokyo apartment.
The manga inspired an anime film that premiered in Japan in May 2013. The manga's eighth and ninth volumes both bundled original anime DVDs when they shipped in December 2012 and July 2013, respectively.
The manga won the Short Story award at the 13th Tezuka Osamu Cultural Prize in 2009, and was also nominated for a Manga Taisho award in the same year.

My Hero Academia Anime Gets 4th Season

The third season premiered on April 7, and covered the "Forest Training Camp" arc and the "Pro Hero Provisional License Exam" arc from Kōhei Horikoshi's original manga. Funimation is streaming the English dub of the third season, and Crunchyroll and Hulu are streaming the series with English subtitles.
The third season features the same staff, including director Kenji Nagasaki at BONES, scriptwriter Yousuke Kuroda, character designer Yoshihiko Umakoshi (with assistance by Hitomi Odashima), and composer Yuki Hayashi.
The anime's first 13-episode season premiered in April 2016. The 25-episode second season premiered in April 2017.
Horikoshi launched the original manga series in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in July 2014. Shueisha published the manga's 20th volume on September 4. The 13th and 14th volumes of the manga both bundled OVAs in 2017.

وی در ادامه از خلف وعده گمرک کشور گفت و تصریح کرد: حتی یک عدد از ۶۰۰ هزار تلفن همراهی که به ما قول داده بودند وارد شود وارد کشور نشده است؛ اگر بر فرض محال وارد هم بشود فقط ۱۵ روز بازار را تغذیه میکند و بعد از آن بازار گوشی دوباره به حال روز اول باز میگردد.
به گزارش ایتنا از ایسنا، غفوریان از برگزاری جلسهای با حضور معاون وزیر ارتباطات خبر داد و گفت: ما در این جلسه تمام تلاش خود را را برای دریافت مجوز از وزارتخانه جهت واردات تلفنهای مسافری کردیم اما نتیجهای در برنداشت.
وی در خصوص چگونگی واردات گوشی به صورت مسافری توضیح داد: در گذشته به این صورت بود که هر فردی بنابر توان مالی با سفر به خارج از کشور، کمتر از ۱۰ تلفن همراه با خود به داخل کشور میآورد؛ هزینه گمرک برای این نوع واردات معادل 15 درصد قیمت هر گوشی بود اما به تازگی کلاً جلو این کار گرفته میشود و هر نفر فقط اجازه وارد کردن یک گوشی دارد.
رئیس کمیته تخصصی تلفن همراه کشور در ادامه اظهار کرد: میدانیم که شاید این موضوع قانونی و صحیح نباشد اما در وضعیت کنونی تنها راه است، چون اگر به همین منوال پیش برویم باید آمادگی افزایش مجدد ۴۰ درصدی قیمت تلفن همراه را داشته باشیم البته این افزایش بدون درنظر گرفتن افزایش قیمت ارز است.
وی از افزایش غیر منطقی قیمت قطعات تلفن همراه خبر داد و گفت: قیمت این اقلام به حدی افزایش داشته که اگر قطعهای از تلفن همراه مانند تاچ یا ال سی دی خراب شود باید هم قیمت خود تلفن همراه برای تعمیر آن بپردازید.
رئیس اتحادیه تجهیزات مخابراتی البرز از مسئولان خواست تا در زمینه تلفن همراه مساعدت بیشتری به خرج دهند و گفت: اگر حمایت و تسهیلاتی نباشد در آیندهای نزدیک شاهد بسته شدن واحد های صنفی خواهیم بود.

Steins;Gate 0 - Episode 23 [Review]
Despite all the times it's let me down over the past six months, I went into Steins;Gate 0's last episode (not counting the upcoming OVA) in the hopes that it would make the most of this final opportunity to turn things around. Even though far too much of S;G 0's story has felt meandering and unnecessary, there's the kernel of a genuinely fun Steins;Gate 0 spinoff buried underneath all the detritus. The core concept of ‘Operation: Arclight’ is actually quite good – give Mayuri the agency and depth of character she's desperately needed from the very beginning and find a creative way to connect this timeline to the main story of the original Steins;Gate. But in execution, this final storyline was as much a mixed bag as anything this series has produced, and unfortunately this finale stays the course in that regard.
I don't want to spend this entire review covering what I didn't like, so let me get the positives out of the way up front. Simply by virtue of playing off fan nostalgia, episode 23 of S;G 0 earns some brownie points by paying off some of the plot points it's been sitting on for months, albeit in a sloppy manner. It was nice to see Mayuri finally get her moment to take a leap back in time herself. It was entertaining to see Okabe get in the last word during his battle with Leskinen, and no matter how many times the show milks the return of Hououin Kyouma, I can't help but smile every time Okabe busts out his doofy mad scientist laugh. Say whatever you like about Steins;Gate 0 (and I'm definitely gonna), but you can't deny that this story tried its damnedest to provide the thrills, charm, and fanservice that it knew Steins;Gate fans were craving.
It's just a shame that the show's reach almost always exceeded its grasp.
Take Mayuri's big moment. She finally manages to avoid an explosive death and journey back with Suzuha into the past so she can set Okabe straight. I'll admit that I'm still fuzzy on exactly why this instance of the time-machine escape worked out differently than all the rest, but I honestly don't care much at this point. At least this plotline was finally allowed to move forward. So Mayuri goes back in time, calls her past-self to pass along her message to her beloved mad scientist, and then disappears with Suzuha into an unknown time so the Prime Mayuri can help save the universe by slapping Okabe in the face.
To be fair to the show, I'm pretty sure I understand the intended effect of this narrative fakeout. Originally, I saw Steins;Gate 0 as the story that would contextualize the war-torn apocalypse we caught a glimpse of at the end of Steins;Gate Prime – or at least, that's what we thought we saw. However, Mayuri's big moment functions as sort of an emotional twist, a reveal that the core of Steins;Gate 0 was never about the terrible future that Okabe has been dreading for the entire series, but rather the emotional journey that he is forced to take in order to realize the Steins;Gate timeline once and for all, a journey that culminates not in a grand gesture of cross-timeline communication between the two Okabes, but rather a moment of agency and intimacy between Okabe and Mayuri. We even discover that the portentous and eerie nature of the original Future Okabe Video was all a ruse, sent from a peaceful timeline by the happy Future Gadget Laboratory, not because WWIII is on its way, but because Okabe still needed to find a way to save both Mayuri and Makise.
The slap is meant to be a metaphor, you see, like the entire emotional foundation of Steins;Gate 0 condensed into a single moment that only looks suspiciously like an easy cliché. Purely in the abstract, it's a fairly creative resolution to this story. The problem is that when this thesis is made manifest across twenty-three maddeningly inconsistent episodes of television, almost all of its cathartic power becomes lost in translation. If S;G 0 were a twelve-episode series told from Mayuri's perspective that cut out all the fat and honed in on the truly meaningful things it had to say about its protagonists' relationships, this anime could have been a knockout. It could have stood as a vital companion piece to the original series.
Instead, we got this lumbering aimless mess. We got Leskinen, a complete misfire of a Big Bad Villain whose entire shtick makes the story of Steins;Gate 0 worse. We got Kagari, a brainwashed, time travelling, future-daughter to Mayuri, who is also obviously a clone of Makise Kurisu, and yet Steins;Gate 0 manages to make such a ludicrous character feel meaningless and uninteresting instead. We got hacky sitcom filler episodes and confusing detours into the past or the future that never ended up going anywhere meaningful, because the very premise of Steins;Gate 0 made it impossible for the show to do anything too surprising with these leaps.
Even the reveal of the true nature of Okabe's message from the future lacks the punch it should, mostly because it makes a greater mess of the series' own rules of time-travel. The flash-forward to Future Okabe's time is shown to us after Past Okabe has already watched the video, meaning that he's already on his way to negating this entire reality to create the new Steins;Gate universe, but the show doesn't neatly close the gap. When Future Okabe finishes the video, Suzuha is still a child, meaning that the actual mission to send Suzuha back into the past to deliver the video message is years off – Okabe himself is set to test the very first iteration of the time machine, so he can travel to some far-off year to rescue Mayuri and Suzuha from their exile. The show doesn't actually communicate this gap in the two narrative chronologies though, which initially made me confused as to why and how Okabe was embarking on a time travel mission when the whole timeline should be fixed. I had to scour some message boards just to check and see if I was on the right track with my interpretation of events, so it's possible I might be missing something, but the fact that I spent the show's final minutes feeling more confused than anything else speaks to how much this series struggles with communicating its overly ambitious ideas, something the original Steins;Gate never had a problem doing.
At the end of the day, this last episode of Steins;Gate 0 was a perfect microcosm of everything that I disliked about the show as a whole. It has some solid character beats and a couple of truly effective emotional moments, but they're all wrapped up in an ugly mess of weak art and bad writing. This is simply a story that didn't need to be told; even if you like the basic idea of the show's emotional arc, it's one the original show already covered. Okabe already got beaten down by time, only to rediscover his inner mad scientist and march boldly on towards Steins;Gate. Steins;Gate 0 just gave us that same emotional journey all over again in an uglier and less interesting fashion. Perhaps the game is a more satisfying experience, but I can't imagine recommending Steins;Gate 0 to anyone save for the most die-hard fans, and even then, it would probably just be easier to watch the first series again instead.

Free! -Dive to the Future- Episode 12 [Review]
This may be the final episode of Dive to the Future but we definitely haven't seen the last of Free! Even this episode feels like a lead-up rather than a wind-down. “Dive to the Future” was all about looking forward, accelerating from one event to the next, and for what? There's no real resolution, just a teasing acknowledgment that Free! is here to stay. At this point, we've lost our chance for a tasteful farewell to this beloved franchise. As long as there's still hype for a rapidly multiplying cast of shirtless swimmer boys, there won't be a goodbye.
With such a massive revolving cast of characters, it's easy to forget that the primary protagonist of Free! is Haru, but this episode re-centers on him. An opening sequence requires no words to show Haru's lifelong love of the water. Later, after a disastrous race, Haru returns to the ocean that surrounded his world at Iwatobi, but he rarely visits as a Tokyo college student. Flanked by Makoto and Rin, he shouts at the ocean before running directly into the sea, clothes and all. It's perhaps the most evocative scene of the episode because it's a return to the series' roots, bringing Haru control of his own story at long last, revitalizing the water's role as the show's most temperamental character.
This episode went without an opening song, probably to save time. But even so, this week's plot was a lot of “hurry up and wait” with no payoff. There were some strong relationship-building moments in this final episode, but they were all disappointingly brief. Ikuya's arc ends with a race against Natsuya that culminates in a tearful brotherly embrace. It's framed by tons of exposition, so this is less of a scene on its own than a visual moment. Later, Asahi and Hiyori's rivalry is made entirely irrelevant by that one guy from the newspaper, Kinjou. He doesn't even speak—we only know he's a villain when he elbows Asahi and doesn't say sorry. Every interaction felt rushed, and I figured that was so we could fit in Haru's expected second-day triumph. But all we see of that is television background noise, as viewed from his new rival Albert's perspective.
Then comes the announcement: “See you in 2020!” Just in time for the Olympics. My first thought was relief; despite how much ground it covers, this episode was a letdown when it came to concluding the season. But after that initial thought, I was wondering, “Why?” This season didn't need to be the frustrating rushed mess that it ended up being. It didn't need to tell its story in hundreds of pieces spread across twelve episodes. It could have followed the model of its most successful episode, “The Grab Start of Hope!” which centers almost exclusively on Makoto's perspective. If Free! wants to be a story about continuing character development, it needs to give its characters more time in the spotlight. It needs to create space to tell meaningful stories, rather than glimmers of relationship-building in between tons of exposition.
This franchise isn't telling a new story and it hasn't been since Free! Eternal Summer. It's simply presenting the same coming-of-age angst season after season, but with a bigger and bigger cast. But just give me two years to cool down, and you can bet I'll have forgotten that I wrote this and that I'll be hyped for Free! 2020 along with everyone who remains. In spite of it all, Kyoto Animation has created some lovable characters. We'll just have to see how long it can get away with coasting on that because, time has gradually been running out.

Black Clover - Episode 51 [Review]
With the quest for the Underwater Temple's magic stone having come to an end, it's time for the Black Bulls to report back to the Wizard King with their findings. The big event this week is that while they're preoccupied at the Royale Capital, the enemy Diamond Kingdom (who we faced in the Dungeon Exploration arc with Lotus and Mars) is waging war on the city of Kiten.
Now, I believe this is the episode that the series was originally expected to conclude on. However, as it stands this particular episode doesn't feel like it was ever designed to be a finale. It's introducing a new conflict, and it's unfortunately ugly. The Diamond Kingdom has brought themselves a flying army, which means doodles by the hundreds of floating men awkwardly copy and pasted in the sky as they launch their slow-mo attack. From weak character designs to flat storyboarding, this is an unflattering experience to say the least. Hopefully this isn't a sign that the seasonal expansion will impact production values negatively.
It's frustrating, because I'm still feeling the afterglow from that Vetto fight. I want to like this show. I want to believe it's going to be smooth sailing from now on, but clearly it's going to be the same rollercoaster of ups and downs as ever. As of now, this new scenario is very boring and unengaging. Obviously, I've learned enough times by now that how I feel at the start of an arc is rarely how I feel by the end, but these waters are rough nonetheless. As an audience, our foot in the door for this story comes with Yuno and the Golden Dawns showing up to kick ass and take names, all the while Yami and company are making plans to teleport themselves over as well. We spend most of our time watching the Black Bulls view the battle from a distance, and the intrigue doesn't truly kick in until Yami mentions wanting to keep an eye on William Vangeance, who's loyalty to the Clover Kingdom is still suspicious. The actual battle itself is ultimately just a backdrop compared to all the interesting places the story could go from here.
When Black Clover really shines, it makes the mediocrity taste that much worse. It's like I forgot how this show normally looks and feels and now my tongue is drying out. I don't want to be too hard on a new storyline for taking its time getting all its ducks in a row, but I'm currently lost as to what its current goals are. I wonder if we're maybe being set up to eventually sympathize with the Diamond Kingdom, since we've been touching on the Clovers' corruption lately and the most interesting potential conflict at the moment would be an in-fight between the Black Bulls and the Golden Dawns.
We begin this new storyline with an unmotivated turn of events featuring bland antagonists, poor animation, and little for the audience to get excited about. I'm going to refrain from setting my expectations either which way for the new season, but I have to take this show one episode at a time and this one was painfully dull.

The official website for Hakusensha's Young Animal magazine began streaming the live-action promotional video for the 40th volume of Kentarou Miura's Berserk manga on Friday. Shigeru Matsuzaki portrays Guts in the video.

The video description also reveals that the manga has 40 million copies in print worldwide.
The manga's 40th compiled book volume (pictured at right) also shipped on Friday. Miura launched the manga in 1989, and he most recently resumed the manga on December 22 after it went on hiatus in June 2017. Hakusensha published the manga's 39th compiled volume in Japan in June 2017. Dark Horse Comics released the 39th volume in English on July 11.
Dark Horse Comics revealed on September 20 that it will reprint the series in an embossed hardcover deluxe edition "in Miura's preferred 7x10 format" starting in February 2019.
The manga follows Guts, a superhumanly strong warrior who wields a large sword, as he wanders a dark medieval world filled with demons, corrupt and decadent nobles, and other horrors. Every night, he is assailed by demons, attracted to the curse branded on him after a traumatic event. He makes his way through the world on a quest to slay a former friend turned demon, who took everything away from him.
Hakusensha also published the first novel in the Berserk franchise, Berserk: Flame Dragon Knight, in June 2017. Makoto Fukami wrote the novel, which features an original story focusing on the character Grunbeld. Dark Horse will release the novel in English on April 3, 2019.
The manga inspired three television anime series, an anime film trilogy, and several video games.

یکی از ایرانیان مقیم خارج از کشور مقاله زیبایی نوشته تحت عنوان "آیا من دزدم؟" ایشان برای بیان این مطلب به دو رخداد که برای او پیش آمده است اشاره می کند.
رخداد اول:
او می گوید: زمان امتحانات پزشکی من در ایرلند بود و مبلغی که برای امتحانات می بایست پرداخت میکردم ۳۰۹ پوند بود.
در صورتی که پول خرد نداشته و من مبلغ ۳۱۰ پوند را پرداخت نمودم.
امتحانات خود را دادم و بعد از گذشت زمان در حالی که به کشور دیگری رفته بودم.
در آن هنگام نامه ای دریافت نمودم که از ایرلند برایم ارسال شده بود.
در آن نامه آمده بود که:
(شما در پرداخت هزینه های امتحان اشتباه کردید و به جای مبلغ ۳۰۹ پوند ، ۳۱۰ پوند پرداخت کردید، و این چکی که به همراه این نامه برای شما ارسال شده به ارزش یک پوند می باشد ... ما بیش از حق خودمان دریافت نمی کنیم). جالب اینجاست که ارزش آن پاکت نامه و نامه ای که در آن تایپ شده بود خود بیش از مبلغ ۱ پوند بود!
اتفاق دوم:
او می گوید که من اکثر اوقات که در مسیر دانشگاه و خانه تردد میکردم، از بقالی (سوپر مارکت) که تو مسیرم بود و خانمی در آن فروشنده بود کاکائو به قیمت ۵۰ سنت میخریدم و به مسیر خودم ادامه می دادم .
در یکی از روزها قیمت جدیدی برای همان نوع از کاکائو که بر روی آن ۶۰ سنت نوشته بود در قفسه دیگر قرار داد.
برای من جای تعجب داشت و از او پرسیدم آیا فرقی بین این دو رقم جنس وجود دارد؟
در پاسخ ، به من گفت :
نه، همان نوع و همان کیفیت است !!
پس دلیل چیست؟!
چرا قیمت کاکائو در قفسه ای ۵۰ و در دیگری به قیمت ۶۰ به فروش می رسد؟
در پاسخ به من گفت :
به تازگی در کشور نیجریه، که کاکائو برای ما صادر میکرد اتفاق جدیدی رخ داده که همراه با افزایش قیمت کاکائو برای ما بود این جنس جدید قیمت فروش اش ۶۰ سنت و قبلی را چون قبلا خریدیم همان ۵۰ سنت است.
به او گفتم با این وضعیت کسی از شما جنس جدید خرید نمی کند تا زمانی که جنس قبل کامل به فروش نرود.
او گفت: بله، من می دانم.
من به او گفتم: بیا یه کاری بکن همه جنس ها را قاطی کن و با قیمت جدید بفروش با این کار کسی نمی تواند متوجه شود و جنس قدیم از جنس جدید را تشخیص دهد.
در پاسخ در گوشی به من گفت : مگه شما یک دزدی ؟؟
شگفت زده شدم از آنچه او به من گفت و مسیر خودم را پیش گرفتم و رفتم.
در حالی که همیشه این سوال در گوش من تکرار می شود.
و ذهن مرا در گیر کرده است که : آیا من دزدم؟؟!!!
این چه اخلاق و کرداری است؟! ما از جهان غرب عقب تر نیستیم ، از باورهایمان عقب تر مانده ایم.

به گزارش بیگ بنگ، دفع این ورقههای پلاستیکی دشوار است و به ناچار، مقدار زیادی از پلاستیک در حال جمع شدن بر روی خاک است. آلودگی پلی اتیلن میتواند حمل و نقل آب را مختل کند و در نهایت باعث کاهش سلامت خاک می شود. پژوهشگران در انستیتوی تکنولوژی فدرال زوریخ، میخواستند بدانند که آیا جایگزینی پلیمری، مانند PBAT با محیط زیست سازگارتر خواهد بود یا نه.

“هانس پیتر کوهلر”، میکروبشناس محیط زیست در موسسه فدرال علوم و فنآوری آبزیان سوئیس میگوید: «تعریف کلمۀ زیست تخریب برای من نیازمند این است که میکروبها به صورت متابولیکی از تمام کربن در زنجیرههای پلیمری برای تولید انرژی و تشکیل زیست توده استفاده کنند؛ در حال حاضر برای PBAT چنین اتفاقی رخ میدهد. بسیاری از مواد پلاستیکی به قطعات کوچک تقسیم می شوند و در محیط زیست بعنوان میکروپلاستیکها باقی می مانند. برخی از این میکروپلاستیکها با چشم غیرمسلح دیده نمی شوند.» پژوهشگران میگویند که آنها هنوز هم راهی طولانی برای مهار آلودگی ناشی از صنعت جهانیِ پلاستیک دارند، اما قابلیت تجزیه بیولوژیک پلاستیک، گامی درست در این مسیر است. جزئیات بیشتر این پژوهش در مجله Science Advances منتشر شده است.

حجت الاسلام امیرعباس عابدینی روز چهارشنبه در گفت و گو با ایرنا افزود: این شیرخوار در زمان غسل میت دوباره دیده به جهان گشود تا هدیه الهی به خانواده اش باشد.
وی اضافه کرد: بر اساس نظر پزشک معالج، این نوزاد همه علائم حیاتی خود را از دست داده بود و پزشک بیمارستان نیز فوت این نوزاد را تائید کرده بود.
وی با تاکید بر اینکه این اتفاق یک حادثه نادر است، اضافه کرد: این موضوع موجب تعجب و البته شکرگزاری نزدیکان این شیرخوار شده است.
به گزارش ایرنا به نقل از پزشکان زنده شدن دوباره شیرخواری که جان خود را از دست داده است، امری بسیار نادر به شمار می رود.
یک پزشک ارومیه ای هم با رد امکان زنده شدن دوباره شیرخوار، گفت: به احتمال زیاد، پزشک معالج با توجه به علائم ظاهری گواهی فوت را صادر کرده است.
هوشنگ عطاپور با اشاره به اینکه تشخیص ضربان قلب و علائم حیاتی نوزادان و شیرخواران نارس سخت است، افزود: در کشورهای پیشرفته برای مطمئن شدن از زنده یا مرده بودن این نوزادان از نوار قلبی و حتی مغزی استفاده می کنند.

این طیف در رصدخانه خورشیدی مک مث-پیرس ساخته شد و نشان می دهد که خورشیدِ سفید رنگ، تقریبأ هر نوری را ساطع می کند اما قطعأ در نور زرد-سبز در درخشانترین حالت قرار دارد. لکههای تیره در بالای طیف ناشی از گاز در سطح خورشید یا بالای آن است که نور خورشیدِ ساطع شده در پایین را جذب می کنند. از آنجاییکه انواع مختلفی از گازها رنگهای متفاوتی از نور را جذب می کنند، می توان تشخیص داد چه گازهایی خورشید را تشکیل دادهاند. مثلأ هلیوم در سال ۱۸۷۰ در یک طیف خورشیدی کشف شد و پس از آن بر روی زمین یافت شد. امروزه، بیشتر خطوط جذب طیفی شناسایی شدهاند – اما نه همۀ آنها.

شش نفر از اولیای دانشآموزان مدرسه معین احضار شدند
به گزارش ایرنا ؛هفتم خرداد امسال بود که یکی از سایتهای خبری، از آزار و اذیت تعدادی از دانشآموزان مدرسهای در غرب تهران توسط ناظم مدرسه خبر داد؛ خبری که بهسرعت در فضای مجازی پیچید و بهدنبال آن، فیلمهایی از ناظم مدرسه منتشر شد. به دنبال این موضوع، پرونده قضایی در دادسرای امور ارشاد تشکیل و برای ناظم مدرسه معین، به اتهام کودکآزادی و تشویق به فساد و فحشا کیفرخواست صادر و دادگاه نیز متهم را به ۱۰ سال حبس، ۷۴ ضربه شلاق و دو سال انفصال از خدمت محکوم کرد؛ حکمی که در شعبه ۵۳ دادگاه تجدیدنظر استان تهران تایید و قطعی شد.
حالا، ناظم مدرسه معین نیز از اولیای تعدادی از دانشآموزان به اتهام ایراد ضرب و توهین در هنگام دستگیری شکایت کرده که این شکایت نیز در دستور کار دادسرا قرار گرفته است. بر اساس این گزارش، ۶ نفر از اولیای دانش آموزان به دادسرا احضار شدند که تا کنون چهار نفر از اولیا در شعبه بازپرسی حضور یافتند و ضمن تفهیم اتهام و اخذ توضیحات، برای آنها قرار تأمین صادر شده است.
شعبه بازپرسی برای سه تن از اولیای دانش آموزان قرار کفالت و برای یک نفر از آنها که اتهام اخلال در نظم عمومی دارد، قرار وثیقه صادر کرده است.
هنوز دو تن از اولیای دانش آموزان که به دادسرا احضار شدند، در شعبه بازپرسی حضور نیافته اند.
پروندهای هم در همان ابتدا برای مدیر مدرسه معین از باب «عدم نظارت و اعلام جرم به موقع» تشکیل شده بود که در این خصوص تحقیقات شعبه بازپرسی انجام شده و همزمان با تکمیل تحقیقات در ارتباط با اتهامات اولیای دانش آموزان به دادگاه ارسال می شود.

آفیس ۲۰۱۹ برای ویندوز و مک عرضه شد
آفیس ۲۰۱۹ برای سیستمعامل ویندوز (فقط ویندوز ۱۰ و سرور ۲۰۱۹ و نه ویندوز ۷ و ۸.۱) و مکینتاش از دیروز دوشنبه ۲۴ سپتامبر بهطور رسمی عرضه شد.
به گزارش خبرآنلاین، آفیس ۲۰۱۹ که بدون نصب، اجرا میشود (click to run) مبتنی بر موفقیتهای آفیس ۲۰۱۶ بناشده و بهعنوان نسخهای دائم شامل ورد، اکسل، پاورپوینت، آتلوک، پراجکت، ویزیو، اکسس و پابلیشر جایگزین آن میشود.
آوریل ۲۰۱۸ نسخه پری-وی-یوی آن منتشرشده بود و همانطور که مایکروسافت پیشتر ذکر کرده بود، بخشی از آفیس ۳۶۵ پروپلاس است که کاربران عضو آن میشوند.
استراتژی مایکروسافت طی سه سال گذشته در قبال کاربران آفیس ۳۶۵ اعمالشده و با موفقیت همراه شده است.
آفیس ۲۰۱۹ آپدیت نخواهد شد و تنها باگ آن گرفتهشده و ازنظر امنیتی بهروزرسانی میشود. دو ویژگی Morph و Zoom برای پاورپوینت بهعنوان آنالیز دیتا و خوانش با صدای بلند و فاصله خودکار میان کلمات برای ورد و آتلوک به آفیس ۲۰۱۹ افزودهشده است.
قرار است مایکروسافت نرمافزارهای Exchange Server 2019، Skype for Business Server 2019 SharePointServer 2019 و Project Server 2019 را بهزودی راهی بازار کند.
آفیس ۲۰۱۶ بهعنوان مکمل با سرور آفیس ۳۶۵ تا اکتبر ۲۰۲۳ کار خواهد کرد و پشتیبانی فنی از آفیس ۲۰۱۶ تا ۱۴ اکتبر ۲۰۲۵ انجام خواهد شد.

بازداشت عامل اغفال دختران در اینستاگرام
به گزارش ایلنا، سرهنگ کاظمی رئیس پلیس فتای تهران بزرگ با اعلام این خبر اظهار داشت: فردی که از اتباع خارجی و ساکن کشور بود با طرح دوستی با دختران کم سن و سال در اینستاگرام اقدام به اغفال آنها میکرد.
وی تصریح کرد: این فرد پس از دوستی با آنها و گرفتن عکسهای خصوصی این دختران در قدم بعدی با تهدید از قربانیان درخواستهای نامتعارف و غیراخلاقی داشت.
این مقام ارشد پلیس پایتخت با اعلام اینکه متهم شناسایی و دستگیر شد و هماکنون در بازداشت پلیس است به کاربران فضای مجازی توصیه کرد از انتظار تصاویر شخصی و خانوادگی و ارسال آن به دوستان اینترنتی خود خودداری کنند.

Though they have been used relatively sparingly, mind-boggling displays of power have always been one of this franchise's big draws. That they come infrequently has actually been to the franchise's benefit, however. Ains and his Nazarick minions are so much more powerful than everyone else that no one can even challenge them, so too many displays of naked awesomeness could actually turn the content into a yawner. (See Kaze no Stigma.) That Ains' outward confidence has always been at odds with his inner voice has also helped keep him from being just an arrogant bastard.
But sometimes story circumstances allow for a big batch of aggrandizement, and this is one of those times. The Empire has asked Ains to launch his most powerful spell as the signal to the beginning of battle, in part so that the Emperor can get a gauge on what Ains can actually do and thus formulate a strategy against him around that. So what's the best way to deal with such backbiting? Just be so overwhelming in your display of power that you leave even allies literally shaking in their boots. That's exactly what we get when Ains drops a spell which almost instantly kills off tens of thousands of Kingdom troops, and then for a kicker uses their “sacrifice” to summon these massive, Cthulhu-esque masses of mouths (what we've been seeing all season in the opener) that sprout tentacles and immense hooves and bay like goats; in fact, Ains even refers to them as such. He then lets then run rampant across the field and intimafates even allies into applauding his greatness, to say nothing of what the display does to the Empire force's commander; I have to think that this display will serve its purpose and convince the Emperor that he wants no part in opposing Ains. Even the most boisterous Kingdom forces who survive the initial onslaught certainly take the hint and flee the battlefield.
This all leads to the episode-ending confrontation that we all knew had to be coming: Gazeff Stronoff once again standing before Ains, this time as an enemy. The respect and congeniality going both ways is clear, with Ains even offering Gazeff a position as a subordinate in exchange for sparing the lives of others on the battlefield. Ains had to know that it was an offer that Gazeff couldn't accept and that he'd put Gazeff in a position where he had no choice but to call for a duel. Likewise Gazeff knows full well that he probably can't even scratch Ains, but it's a confrontation he cannot avoid without sacrificing his well-justified loyalty to his king. Essentially it's a display of honor but without all of the baggage which all too often comes with honor duels, and that's why watching Gazeff fight his doomed fight next episode is still going to be a treat.
On the downside, yeah, the CG of massed soldier movements isn't any better than last episode, and the gooey muck which oozes out over the fallen soldiers didn't look good, either. The scene involving evacuating the king was also executed in too relaxed a fashion for the situation, thus sapping much of its urgency. The sheep-creatures were more impressive, as were movements and actions by human characters and the final little bits of character-building here and there, including Climb being ribbed about marrying the princess (which is ironic because Brain has no clue how badly Renner actually wants that). Ains also leaves us with a semi-mystery about who the “three, no four” which couldn't be targeted were and why; past precedent strongly suggests that Climb is one, and Ains' offer to Gazeff seems to indicate that he's another, but is Brain also one? If we presume Renner is the third then who's the fourth?
That just adds something else to look forward to for the final episode.

TV Anime 'Free!: Dive to the Future' Gets Sequel
At the end of final episode of Free! Dive to the Future TV anime on Thursday, it has been announced that the story will continue in 2020. It does not yet indicate if the continuation will be another TV series or in other formats.
Free! series was originally based on High☆Speed! light novel series that released in July 2013 to July 2014. Free! received 3 series that broadcasted in Summer 2013 to this summer by Kyoto Animation and Animation Do. High☆Speed! later received movie adaptation, which premiered in December 2015. Before third season, the series received two recap Timeless Melody movies and one special screening last year. A prequel episode to the third season was screened this June, and first volume, released on Wednesday, includes it along with first two episodes.

اگر تلفن همراهی که در گمرک مانده و ترخیص نشده است، به بازار تزریق شود مقطعی و برای مدت کوتاهی تغییر و تحولی را در بازار تلفن همراه ایجاد خواهد کرد.
وزیر ارتباطات و فناوری اطلاعات بتازگی از رفع مشکل ترخیص ۶۰۰ هزار تلفن همراه از گمرک خبر داد و گفت: در جلسه هیأت دولت دستورالعمل نحوه ترخیص کالاهای وارد شده بدون ارز تخصیصی از گمرک به تصویب رسید بنابراین موانع قانونی ترخیص ۶۰۰ هزار تلفن همراه موجود در گمرک رفع و آزادسازی 5 هزار دستگاه تلفن همراه آغاز شده است.
در پی اعلام این خبر روزنامه ایران به سراغ فعالان این عرصه رفت و این سؤال را پرسید که رفع موانع ترخیص تلفن همراه به چه میزان میتواند بازار تلفن همراه را از رکود خارج کند و به تعادل برساند.
آرامش نسبی در انتظار بازار موبایل تهران
رئیس اتحادیه فروشندگان دستگاههای صوتی تصویری و تلفن همراه گفت: ورود 5 هزار تلفن همراه به بازار و نیز تلفن همراه توقیف شده میتواند تا حدودی وضعیت نابسامان بازار این کالا را بهبود بخشد اما این به معنای آن نیست که قیمتها ارزان شود، چرا که نرخ تلفن همراه به ارز وابسته است و بسیاری از این گوشیها که قرار است وارد بازار شوند، با ارز آزاد وارد کشور شدهاند.
ابراهیم درستی با اشاره به اینکه ثبت سفارش برای گوشیهایی که با ارز آزاد وارد کشور میشوند باز است، افزود: قرار است قیمت تلفن همراه برمبنای ارز ثانویه محاسبه و قیمتگذاری شود و مازاد ارز دولتی ۴۲۰۰ تومانی، از صندوق دولت پرداخت شود. براین اساس باید در انتظار لیست قیمتها و نحوه توزیع گوشیهای ترخیص شده برای ورود به بازار باشیم.
درستی در پاسخ به این سؤال که بالاخره چه زمانی این تعداد تلفن همراه ترخیص شده و وارد بازار میشود، گفت: قرار است طبق وعدههای داده شده مسئولان، تا آخر هفته جاری این گوشیها در کمیته قیمت گذاری، تعیین تکلیف شده و وارد بازار شود پس منتظر قیمتگذاری گوشیهایی که با ارز دولتی وارد شدهاند، هستیم تا تلفن همراه بسرعت به دست فروشندگان برسد و منافع مصرفکننده نیز در آن دیده شود.
وی درپاسخ به این سؤال که چرا تلفن همراه هنوز قیمتگذاری نشده است، گفت: این کار به سازمان حمایت از مصرفکنندگان و تولیدکنندگان سپرده شده و آنها قرار است این کالا را قیمتگذاری کنند.
کمیل اکبرنژاد مدیر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات اتاق اصناف ایران نیز درباره تأثیر ورود این میزان تلفن همراه به بازار گفت: ترخیص 5 هزار تلفن همراه میتواند در بازار تأثیرگذار باشد ولی تنها بخشی از بازار تلفن همراه تهران و شهرستانهای تابعه را تأمین کرده و پوشش میدهد.
اکبرنژاد با بیان اینکه این میزان از کالا بهبودی در وضعیت بازار تلفن همراه ایجاد نخواهد کرد، افزود: نرخ ارز همچنان دارای نوسان است و از سوی دیگر باید منتظر ماند و دید گوشیهایی که قرار است وارد بازار شود تحت عنوان چه برندی است و آیا در این شرایط مردم قادر به خرید گوشی هستند.
وی با اشاره به اینکه معمولاً 60 درصد مردم بهدنبال خرید پرچمداران برندها هستند، گفت: مردم پرچمداران برندها را میپسندند و به بقیه مدلها کمتر اهمیت میدهند ،از سوی دیگر پرچمدارانی که مردم به آنها علاقه دارند با نوساناتی که در بحث ارز و قیمتها وجود دارد بسیار گران خواهد بود بنابراین به نظر نمیرسد مردم توان مالی خرید این نوع برندها را داشته باشند.
اکبرنژاد درباره بحث ساز و کار قیمتگذاری تلفن همراه ترخیص شده از بازار ابراز بیاطلاعی کرد و افزود: در بحث ساز و کار قیمتگذاری تلفن همراه اتاق اصناف دخیل نیست ولی اگر کارگروهی متشکل از بخشهای مختلفی که در زمینه تلفن همراه و دیگر کالاها دخیل هستند، تشکیل شود میتوان سریعتر ورود کالاها از جمله تلفن همراه را به بازار سرعت بخشید.
5 هزار گوشی نیاز 20 روز بازار
مهدی محبی رئیس اتحادیه دستگاههای مخابراتی و ارتباطی و لوازم جانبی نیز گفت: ورود 5 هزار تلفن همراه به بازار مشکلی را حل نمیکند تنها آبی بر آتش خواهد بود و این میزان تنها تا 20 روز به بازار کمک میکند بنابراین باید تلفن همراه بهصورت مداوم به بازار تزریق شود. واردات باید با حمایت دولت ادامه یابد تا بازار تأمین شود تا هم مردم مشکل نداشته باشند و هم صنف به کسب و کار خود ادامه دهد.
محبی در ادامه افزود: امروز قیمتها همانند قبل نیست بهطوری که اگر تلفن همراهی را پیش از این اوضاع مردم 3 میلیون تومان میخریدند اکنون باید همان تلفن همراه را با قیمتی معادل 7 میلیون تومان خریداری کنند. حتی افرادی هم که پیش از این تلفن همراه خود را با ورود پرچمداران جدید عوض میکردند با شرایط فعلی توان این کار را ندارند و این شرایط بشدت بازار را دچار رکود کرده است.
نیاز بازار سالانه 20 میلیون تلفن همراه
رئیس اتحادیه دستگاههای مخابراتی و ارتباطی و لوازم جانبی در خصوص قیمتگذاری گوشیهایی که قرار است وارد بازار شود نیز گفت: از نحوه قیمتگذاری اطلاعی ندارم اما این مسأله را میدانم که اکثر گوشیها با ارز دولتی وارد کشور شده است و قرار بود که مابه التفاوت آن به شرکتها پرداخت شود ولی آنطور که شنیده میشود هنوز این میزان مبلغ تعیین نشده است.
رئیس انجمن فروشندگان سیمکارت و تلفن همراه نیز گفت: اگر تلفن همراهی که در گمرک مانده و ترخیص نشده است، به بازار تزریق شود مقطعی و برای مدت کوتاهی تغییر و تحولی را در بازار تلفن همراه ایجاد خواهد کرد.
افشار فروتن لاریجانی در ادامه افزود: 5 هزار تلفن همراهی که قرار است از گمرک ترخیص شده و وارد بازار شود، بسیار کم است اما با این حال میتواند آغازکننده باشد و حداقل حرکتی در روند ثبات قیمت و بازار ایجاد کند و از نگاه من برای بهبود بازار باید روند واردات تلفن همراه ادامه یابد، چرا که طبق آمارهای اعلام شده سالانه باید 20 میلیون تلفن همراه وارد کشور شود بنابراین باید مسئولان امر و سیاستگذار در این حوزه در خصوص تخصیص ارز قطعاً تمهیداتی را در نظر بگیرند.
وی با اشاره به اینکه بهدلیل عدم ثبات در نرخ ارز و کمبود تلفن همراه شاهد رکود در بازار کنونی هستیم، گفت: این دو عامل بشدت روی بازار تلفن همراه تأثیر منفی گذاشته است بنابراین اگر حداقل 5 هزار تلفن همراه وارد بازار شود، میتواند این بازار را کمی به جریان بیندازد.
فروتن لاریجانی در پاسخ به این سؤال که آیا تقاضا در بازار تلفن همراه سیر نزولی به خود گرفته است، گفت: این مطلب صحت ندارد چون تقاضا به نوعی طبیعی و منطقی بود اما وقتی خریدار به بازار مراجعه کرد و بهدلیل مشکلات پیش آمده کالا برای عرضه نبود منطقی است که تقاضا سیر نزولی پیدا کرده و من بر این اعتقاد هستم همچنان تقاضا برای خرید تلفن همراه بالا است و اگر جنس برای عرضه وجود داشته باشد مردم خریدار هستند.
رئیس انجمن فروشندگان سیم کارت و تلفن همراه درباره افزایش قیمت تلفن همراه و قدرت خرید مردم نیز گفت: کاهش قدرت خرید مردم تنها مختص تلفن همراه نیست و در کل قدرت خرید مردم در بیشتر زمینهها بخصوص لوازم الکترونیکی پایین آمده بنابراین طبیعی است که میزان عرضه و تقاضا کاهش یابد. البته آنهایی که نیاز ضروری دارند با هر قیمتی ممکن است خرید کنند ولی با بالا بودن قیمتها به نظر نمیرسد متقاضیان بتوانند خریدی انجام دهند.
گفتنی است در حال حاضر فروشنده و خریدار در بازار تلفن همراه در انتظار تعیین قیمت تلفن همراهی هستند که قرار است به بازار تزریق شود و این قیمتگذاری به سازمان حمایت از مصرف کنندگان و تولیدکنندگان سپرده شده است. در همین راستا روزنامه ایران در تماس با این سازمان بهدنبال نحوه قیمتگذاری تلفن همراه بود که روابط عمومی این سازمان پاسخگویی را منوط به نامه نگاری کرد اما متأسفانه بعد از نامه نگاری و تماسهای مکرر تا زمان تنظیم این گزارش هنوز از سوی این سازمان پاسخی دریافت نشده است.

معاون مبارزه با جرایم جنایی پلیس آگاهی تهران بزرگ از دستگیری فردی که در پوشش ارائه مشاوره درسی دختری را فریب و با ضرب و شتم مورد آزار و اذیت قرار داده بود، خبر داد.
به گزارش ایسنا، چندی پیش پرونده ای با شکایت خانمی 18 ساله با هویت معلوم از شعبه هشتم دادگاه کیفری یک استان تهران مبنی بر آزار و اذیت به اداره شانزدهم پلیس آگاهی تهران بزرگ ارجاع شد که در آن شاکی پرونده گفت که از سوی فردی که برای مشاوره تحصیلی به منزل وی مراجعه کرده مورد آزار و اذیت قرار گرفته است.
شاکی پرونده در اظهاراتش به کارآگاهان اداره شانزدهم پلیس آگاهی تهران بزرگ گفت : پس از اتمام آزمون کنکور سراسری فردی به نام محمود که برای مشاوره تعیین رشته با منزلمان تماس های زیادی داشت و حق الزحمه خود را نیز به صورت کامل دریافت کرده بود، برای تعیین رشته کنکور دانشگاه بامن تماس گرفت و با ارسال پیغام های متعدد در پیام رسان ها و به بهانه ملاقات برای تعیین رشته مرا به خانه اش در خیابان پاسداران کشاند و در آنجا با خوراندن آب میوه مسموم ، مرا ضرب و شتم مورد آزار و اذیت قرار داد.
کارآگاهان اداره شانزدهم پلیس آگاهی تهران بزرگ با مراجعه به محل سکونت محمود 34 ساله در خیابان پاسداران اطلاع پیداکردند که وی به صورت ناگهانی متواری شده است، لذا اقدامات پلیسی ومراقبت های نامحسوس از محل زندگی متهم در دستور کار کارآگاهان قرار گرفت و سرانجام متهم در زمان مراجعه به محل سکونتش در اقدامی غافلیگرانه و قبل از هرگونه اقدام برای فرار ، دستگیر و به اداره شانزدهم پلیس آگاهی تهران بزرگ منتقل شد.
براساس اعلام مرکز اطلاع رسانی پلیس آگاهی پایتخت، سرهنگ کارآگاه علی ولیپور گودرزی، معاون مبارزه با جرایم جنایی پلیس آگاهی تهران بزرگ با اعلام این خبر گفت : با اعتراف صریح متهم به فریب شاکی و اقدام به آزار و اذیت وی قرار قانونی از سوی مقام قضایی صادر و متهم روانه زندان شد .

به تازگی دو موبایل ضدهک با لایه های امنیتی متعدد ساخته شده اند که سیستم عامل آن نسخه ای از اندروید است و روی سخت افزار موبایل های سونی قرار دارد.
به گزارش انگجت، در سال ۲۰۱۵ میلادی شرکت eSikur با ساخت موبایلی ضدهک توجه ها را به خود جلب کرد. اما نسخه جدید آن پس از مدتی طولانی عرضه شده است. این شرکت دو موبایل SIKURPhone XZ۱ و SIKURPhone XA۲ را عرضه کرده است. سیستم عامل هر دو موبایل SekureOS( یک نسخه از اندروید) است. این سیستم عامل روی سخت افزارهای موبایل سونی به کار گرفته شده است.
هر دو دستگاه چند لایه امنیتی دارند.
XZ۱ همانطور که از نامش پیداست در حقیقت موبایل «اکسپریا ایکس زد۱» سونی است. این دستگاه نمایشگری ۵.۲ اینچی، پردازشگر اسنپ دراگون ۸۳۵، ۴ گیگابایت RAM، ۶۴ گیگابایت حافظه داخلی دارد. دوربین پشتی آن ۱۹ و دوربین جلویی ۱۳ مگاپیکسل است.
موبایل XA۲ نیز بیشتر شبیه یک نسخه میان رده از موبایل« اکسپریا ایکس آ۲» است. دستگاه نمایشگر ۵.۲ اینچی، پردازشگر اسنپ دراگون ۶۳۰، ۳گیگابایت RAM و ۳۲ گیگابایت حافظه داخلی، دوربین پشتی ۲۳ و سلفی ۸ مگاپیکسلی دارد.
این موبایل برای صاحبان کسب وکار، تاجران ارزهای مجازی و افرادی مناسب است که تمایل دارند موبایل هایشان تا حد ممکن ایمن باقی بماند.

تدوین پیشنویس آزادسازی تعرفه خدمات بازارهای همراه
معاون بررسیهای فنی و صدور پروانه سازمان تنظیم مقررات و ارتباطات رادیویی از تدوین پیشنویس آزادسازی تعرفه خدمات بازارهای همراه و ثابت خبر داد و گفت: این پیشنویس در صف طرح در کمیسیون تنظیم مقررات ارتباطات قرار دارد تا درصورت تایید کمیسیون به اجرا درآید.
نسترن محسنی درباره تعرفههای فعلی خدمات بازارهای همراه و ثابت اظهار کرد: درحال حاضر با توجه به تعیین سقف و کف تعرفههای بازارهای خردهفروشی همراه و ثابت اعم از صوت، پیامک و دیتا از سوی کمیسیون تنظیم مقررات ارتباطات، اپراتورها باید تعرفه خدمات این بازارها را مبتنی بر سقف و کف تعرفه مصوب، تنظیم کنند.
به گفته او، برای تعرفه عادی، تعرفه تنظیمی اپراتورها باید بین کف و سقف تعرفه مصوب و برای تعرفه تشویقی میتواند زیر کف تعرفه و با شرایط تعیینشده در مصوبات مربوطه کمیسیون باشد.
معاون رگولاتوری تصریح کرد: خصلت بازارهای رقابتی و نیمه رقابتی، بهدلیل تعدد بازیگران و بهمنظور جذب مشترک بیشتر، نزدیک شدن تعرفه تنظیمی اپراتورها به کف تعرفه است و به همین دلیل سقف تعرفه تا حدود زیادی در این بازارها بیاثر میشود.
به گفته محسنی، رویکرد در پیش گرفته شده از سوی اپراتورهای همراه و ثابت در طول یک سال اخیر در تنظیم تعرفهها و به طور خاص تعرفه داده/دیتا، نشانگر توجه اپراتورها به کف تعرفه بوده است.
معاون رگولاتوری گفت: در چنین شرایطی، برابر رویکردهای بینالمللی، توصیه بر آزادسازی تعرفه است. به عبارتی رگولاتور دیگر نسبت به تعیین سقف و کف تعرفه اقدام نمیکند و نرخ موثر Effective Rate، که براساس تعیین تعرفه از سوی خود بخش بعد از یک بازه زمانی نسبتا کوتاه قابل احصاء است، ملاک توجه و نظارت رگولاتور قرار میگیرد و تعرفههای تنظیمی خیلی پایینتر از این سطح که حذف حداقل حاشیه سود شرکتها را هدفگیری کند، از سوی رگولاتور کنترل و اعمال مقررات میشود.
او افزود: درباره تعرفههای تنظیمی اپراتورهای مسلط بر بازار SMP، با توجه به سهم بازار این اپراتورها و اثرات شدیدتری که تعرفهگذاری ناصحیح احتمالی از سوی آنها میتواند بر بازار رقابتی ایجاد کند، این تمرکز و توجه از سوی رگولاتور، بسیار شدیدتر است. در همین راستا رگولاتور توجیه قیمتگذاری را باتوجه به قیمت تمامشده خدمات و نرخ موثر در بازار، از اپراتور مسلط و بزرگ بازار به صورت پیشینی و از اپراتورهای کوچک و غیرمسلط بهصورت پسینی پرسش میکند تا درصورت محتمل بودن افعالی چون قیمت گذاری تهاجمی و بسیار پایین یا قیمت گذاری ناشی از یارانهدهی متقاطع و یا قیمتگذاری با حاشیه سود بسیار پایین و یا قیمتگذاریهای مبتنی بر تبانی، از شروع ارائه خدمت و یا ادامه ارائه خدمت به ترتیب برای اپراتورهای بزرگ و کوچک جلوگیری کند.
وی تاکید کرد: با خروج از بازارهای انحصاری و حرکت به سمت رقابت هرچه بیشتر در بخش، تغییر رویههای تنظیم گری و نظارت، مبتنی بر کاهش مداخله غیرضروری در بازار از سوی رگولاتوری و سپردن موضوع به خود بخش گریز ناپذیر است و اساسا چابکی و ایجاد خلاقیت بیشتر در ارائه خدمات، در گرو واگذاری مسوولیتهای بیشتر به خود بخش و بازیگران بازار است.
وی اشاره کرد که این موضوع به هیچ عنوان دلیلی بر عدم نظارت بی کم و کاست بر نحوه عملکرد اپراتورها نخواهد بود و یقینا در صورت تصویب این پیشنهاد، وظایف رگولاتوری خطیر تر نیز خواهد شد، چراکه بخش و در راس آن رگولاتوری در آغاز یک راه جدید قرار دارند، ولی تا زمانی که به این مسیر وارد نشویم، تمامی حدود و ثغور این مسیر شاید قابل پیشبینی و دستیابی نباشد. البته درصورت لزوم رگولاتورها از ابزارهایی چون اعمال مقررات و یا تنظیمگری پسینی - post regulation - استفاده خواهد کرد.
